About the Role

The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running — we make sure every employee can do their best work without friction. We're seeking an IT Support Engineer who combines deep technical skills with a genuine service mindset and sound judgment.

Anthropic is growing fast, and our IT operations need to keep pace. That means onboarding at scale, automating repetitive processes (including with Claude), and continuously improving the employee experience. You'll handle support challenges across our primarily macOS environment while contributing to the operational improvements that help us scale. Responsibilities

End-User Support

• Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts — primarily through our ticketing system, with additional support via Slack and in-person

What's the opportunity? 

The Technical Support Engineer team is looking for an individual with engineering and or web development experience that wants to be a part of creating truly exceptional customer experiences as well as educating and supporting our customers on a global level. This is a very hands-on, technical role, that is much broader than a typical ticket-based support position. Our Support Engineers partner with our customers to tackle challenging technical issues they face in innovative ways. 

In this role, you will be directly responsible for helping people integrate Intercom into their products, diagnose and report problems they have, and serve as the bridge between our customers and our product teams. Our job starts the moment a customer decides they want to use Intercom, sticking with them every step of the way to ensure they get the most value from our product. 

This opportunity is for folks who truly love problem-solving and troubleshooting, with the end goal of empowering our customers’ to reach their objectives and address any challenges with our product. This is not a springboard into other areas or jobs at Intercom, but this is a great role for those who are looking to be part of our support team for a while and who are excited about growing alongside Intercom. What will I be doing? 

• Communicating efficiently and effectively with our customers - we use our own product to do most of our support, but outbound phone calls are part of our offering too
• Owning customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution
• Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge about how Intercom works and what it is capable of
• Being the one responsible, along with the Support team, to ensure that all customers have a great experience with the product - a crucial part of the role is ensuring we make the product as easy to use, reliable, bug-free, and fast as possible

• Debugging complex issues with an understanding of both our own codebase and the many technologies employed by our customers

  What your first 6 months will look like:

  In your first 30 days you will: 

  • Complete company onboarding, becoming familiar with Intercom’s values, strategy, and goals
  • Dive into CS-specific trainings to learn the product and CS workflows and successfully pass relevant assessments
  • Start talking to customers in the inbox and build “inboxing” fundamentals through Paired Inboxing sessions

What you’ll do

We are building a team of support specialists that will work with the largest and most complex Stripe Terminal users. As a Network Support Specialist, you’ll be the subject matter expert on Terminal's SDKs, payments hardware and device management, and will deeply collaborate with Stripe’s Technical Support and Product Support Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Build familiarity with Stripe Terminal’s rapidly growing product suite, which includes EMVCo certified card readers, Tap to Pay on IPhone/Android, POS integrations, payment gateway partnerships and cloud-based device management

Required:

• Experience with performance optimization for desktop apps (memory usage, startup time, rendering performance, high-DPI support, responsiveness under load).
• Experience with localization/globalization, right-to-left UI support, internationalization, accessibility for multiple regions.
• Familiarity with telemetry, analytics, crash reporting, logging, and error monitoring in desktop applications.
• Previous experience in shaping CI/CD workflows, release pipelines, and deployment strategies for desktop applications.

Overview

We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.

What You’ll Do

• Be scrappy to find new sources of audio data and bring it into our ingestion pipeline
• Operate and extend the cloud infrastructure for our ingestion pipeline, currently running on GCP and managed with Terraform.
• Collaborate closely with our Scientists to shift the cost/throughput/quality frontier, delivering richer data at bigger scale and lower cost to power our next-generation models.
• Collaborate with others on the AI Team and Speechify Leadership to craft the AI Team’s dataset roadmap to power Speechify’s next-generation consumer and enterprise products.

An Ideal Candidate Should Have

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
• Proficiency with bash/Python scripting in Linux environments
• Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (we use GCP)
• Experience with web crawlers, large-scale data processing workflows is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

With the growth of our Android app, being the most used text-to-speech app in the Play Store, we find the need for a Senior Android Engineer to help us support the new user base as well as work on new and exciting projects to push us forward.

What You’ll Do

• Owning major features and working closely with our design team - take ownership of features inside the app and become responsible of delivering high quality features
• Shape the future of our Android team
• Own, maintain and improve reliability metrics for key features

• Handle critical issues or cope with unexpected challenges
