About the role:
We are seeking an AML Transaction Monitoring Ops to join our Compliance team.

Team Mission
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our Sales team in Dubai. In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of our largest and most strategic accounts across the Middle East and Africa, building senior stakeholder relationships and driving measurable partner performance.
You will lead joint business planning and QBRs, identify and execute growth initiatives end-to-end, and negotiate commercial improvements that unlock shared value.
As a trusted advisor and informal team lead, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, help remove execution blockers (including connectivity and operational topics where needed), and share best practices that elevate team performance and help scale what works.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders (including C-suite), owning larger and more complex accounts.
Own strategic account planning, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), joint business plans, and executive-ready performance narratives.
Identify and lead growth initiatives with your top accounts—from ideation and business case to implementation, project management, KPI tracking, and reporting.

Your Toolkit:
6+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management, with a proven track record managing large, complex accounts
4+ years of experience in the tech industry (travel tech preferred)
Experience working in the Middle East and/or Africa
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills

The Role
We're hiring a Head of People Operations & Talent to build and scale the people function at OpenFX. This is a builder role, not a maintenance role. We have a lean people team today and are investing to build it out significantly. You would be responsible for designing, standing up, and operationalizing the core people infrastructure — from recruiting systems to onboarding programs to performance frameworks — as we scale across multiple geographies.
You would own both talent acquisition and people operations across all of our geographies. That means recruiting infrastructure, onboarding, offboarding, employment compliance, benefits administration, performance frameworks, and employee relations. You would report to the COO and work closely with every functional leader in the company.
We are being direct about this because we've learned the hard way that ambiguity about the scope of this role doesn't serve anyone. This is a broad role. It covers both recruiting and people ops. What You Would Do in the First 90 Days
Month 1: Audit the current state of people operations and talent acquisition across all geographies. Understand the hiring plan, meet every functional leader, assess agency relationships, and identify the highest-leverage gaps. Get familiar with our employment setup in each jurisdiction (direct employment, PEO/EOR, contractor arrangements).
Month 2: Stand up the foundational systems. This means structured onboarding programs, a recruiting process with consistent interview frameworks and scorecards, and a clear intake system for hiring requests. Begin building internal sourcing capability to reduce agency dependency over time.
Month 3: Start delivering. Fill priority roles, launch the first round of structured onboarding, and present a workforce plan for the remainder of the year aligned to business priorities and budget. Have a clear point of view on what the people function needs to look like at 200 people and what you need to get there.

Job Purpose:
The Head of Content will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the conferences’ strategy for a Vietnamese Energy conference and exhibition, including developing relevant relationships within the industry, and managing key aspects of the programme lifecycle.
The Head of Content will be involved in strategy and execution of the Strategic and Technical Conferences and responsible for their growth, including:
• Working closely with industry stakeholders and partners for the development of the conferences and topics
• Programme research and development to identify commercial topics and industry relevant content
• Development and management of new and existing relationships with relevant market stakeholders, including industry leaders, partner organisations, vendors and media
• Source, invite and confirm senior level speakers and moderators
• Continued assessment of regional and global market dynamics to identify opportunities for the development of conference content offerings
• Working closely with commercial managers and the sales teams to identify targets for sponsorship and delegate sales
• Writing and delivering sales briefings to ensure the teams are meeting their targets and the right messages are being delivered

Key Accountabilities:
Conference production and content strategy development:
• You will produce content and programme formats to support and develop the topics and different conferences that take place within the show
• You will liaise with Conference Chair/s and Governing Body members, organising and running Governing Body meetings to determine conference themes, topics, session chairs, and speakers
• You will assist in targeting key industry stakeholders to positively influence them regarding the value / positioning of your event and the value that dmg energy events provides energy stakeholders
• You will attend other events to promote the conference, gather market intelligence, and to network with potential speakers and delegates to establish and maintain relationships pre- and post- conference
• You will assist in the development of effective mailing lists by contact with people both inside and outside the company who have access to the names of potential delegates and to ensure that such information is communicated to the marketing team
• You will manage technical calls for papers, creating topics and managing the execution and delivery of targets with technical committee members and internal teams
Conference Project Management:
• You will establish key relationships with our partners and industry stakeholders, create weekly reports and develop content strategies in accordance which our partners objectives

Job Purpose:
The Senior Conference Producer will be involved in the development and execution of their own events, to ensure each Strategic and Technical agenda meets dmg’s market leading global standards.

We are looking for an Experience Operations Lead to take ownership of how experience design is delivered across projects.
This role focuses on turning strong experience direction into high quality, well structured delivery. You will ensure that ideas hold up through the realities of timelines, tools, team dynamics, and technical constraints, without losing clarity or intent.
You will define how delivery works, support teams in executing it, and ensure a consistent standard across all work.

You are responsible for making sure that experience design is delivered properly, consistently, and at a high level of quality.
You work from a clear experience direction and help shape how it is delivered in practice. You are not solely responsible for defining the vision, but you contribute to how it evolves through real delivery.
