As Strategy & Operations Manager, you are responsible for driving efficient growth by providing data driven support in shaping and optimizing our global growth and marketing strategies. Your focus will be on various consumer topics such as customer acquisition, user activity, user retention, and new verticals adoption, on a global level.
Collaborating closely with Marketing Leadership and various stakeholders across the company, you will have the opportunity to obsess over our consumer growth, identify investment opportunities, and help ensure efficient allocation of spend to maximize our ROI, through rigorous monitoring of our key performance metrics.
Your ability to blend analytical problem-solving with business acumen and creative strategic thinking will be critical in steering our company toward sustained long-term success.

We are seeking a strategically driven Global Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our centralized Brand Growth team. As part of our new global operating model, all brand strategy and creative development are unified under one structure to ensure stronger consistency, sharper positioning, and scalable brand impact across markets.
In this role, you will focus on translating business priorities, customer insights, and market challenges into clear brand strategies and campaign platforms. We are looking for a structured and proactive Resource Manager to support our Experience Strategy & Design capability, a central part of the CRM, marketing automation and personalisation powerhouse that is VML MAP.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating resources across projects, balancing business needs, team capacity, for our amazing team in Copenhagen.
You will work closely with team leads and Client Engagement and Delivery teams to ensure the right people are staffed on the right work at the right time. The role requires strong planning skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The term of the role is 12 months.

Som Insights Assistant bliver du en del af WPP Medias Insightsafdeling, hvor vi sidder ca. 12 medarbejdere, der alle brænder for data, indsigter og analyser. Her gennemføres kampagnemålinger, segmenteringsstudier, brand trackinger, forbruger- og markedsanalyser samt ad hoc research.
Vores fornemste opgave er at dokumentere effekten af vores kunders reklame- og kommunikationskampagner, samt at frembringe indsigter og beslutningsstøtte til kundernes fremadrettede strategiarbejde.
Jobbet består primært i at assistere teamets ansatte med at behandle og forædle data til præsentable indsigter og analyseresultater. Der vil primært være tale om et arbejde med fokus på kvantitative data, og det er derfor vigtigt, at du har et matematisk mindset, og interesse for statistik, analyse og forbrugeradfærd.

Du har et indgående kendskab til Excel og PowerPoint, og har du kendskab til SPSS er det en fordel. Det er en forudsætning, at du kan tale og skrive flydende på dansk og engelsk.
Du er i gang med en videregående uddannelse, gerne inden for marketing, kommunikation, sociologi, antropologi el.lign., men det vigtigste er, at du har et hjerte, som banker for analyser og formidling, og ønsker at bidrage til at skabe vækst for vores kunder.
