About the Opportunity
You will be joining a high-energy, global team with a clear vision: make a thriving business within reach of anyone.
We are already a powerhouse in the email space—serving thounsand verified users and delivering 1+ billion emails a month. But we aren’t stopping there. We are expanding beyond email into a whole suite of marketing tool.
We are looking for Backend Engineers who are problem solvers. Whether you are a strong builder (Mid-level) or a system architect (Senior), we want you to help us build high-scale infrastructure and new AI products from the ground up.
What You Will Do (The Mission)
You will not just "code tasks." You will drive business impact by working on:
- High-Scale Systems: Build and operate backend services that handle 1 billion+ monthly events. You will solve difficult technical challenges like speed, data processing, and stability.
- Innovation & AI: Explore, utilize, and release the robust backend for an AI application to build a DIFM (Do it for me) marketing tool.
- APIs & Integrations: Design strong internal and public APIs. You will build integrations with partners like Shopify, Zapier, and WooCommerce.
- Full Ownership: You own your code from idea to release. You will work directly with Product Managers and Designers to decide how features should work.

Engineering Skills
- Our Tech Stack: We primarily use Golang and Node.js on the backend and PostgreSQL for our database. But we are open to any background (Java, Python, PHP, etc.)—we care about your logic, foundation, and problem-solving skills more than the specific language.
- Critical Thinking: You don't just fix bugs; you find the root cause. You proactively think about edge cases, database bottlenecks, and security before you write code.
- System Design (For Seniors): You understand how to design complex systems (Distributed systems, Databases) and can explain your choices clearly. You can design systems that stay fast even when traffic increases by 10x.
Product Mindset
- User Focus: You understand that code is a tool to solve user problems. You care about the quality of the product, not just the quality of the code.
- Curiosity: You ask "Why?" Why are we building this? Is there a simpler way? How does this help the business?

About the Opportunity
We are looking for an elite Internal Tools Builder to act as the engine behind our company's operations. As we evolve into a full-funnel marketing platform serving over 600k+ verified users, our internal operations, ERP, and tooling need to scale just as fast.
In this role, you will work directly with company leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and build custom internal systems from the ground up. You will not be handed a perfect ticket; you will be handed a business problem. We need a highly autonomous Fullstack Engineer with a relentless "builder mindset" who can lead the topic, architect the system, and collaborate with other engineers to get it across the finish line.
What You Will Do
You will not just "write code." You will own internal products end-to-end. Your core challenges will include:

Build the Engine: Architect and build robust internal tools, ERP modules, and operational systems across the entire stack (Database -> API -> UI) to make our internal teams wildly efficient.

Direct Collaboration with Leadership: You will work directly with leadership/the boss. You must be comfortable hopping on a call, translating a vague business problem into a technical roadmap, and executing it.

Lead the Topic: You are the technical owner. You will drive the architecture, make the hard technical trade-offs, and push back when necessary to ensure we are building the right thing.

Mentorship & Collaboration: You won't be doing it entirely alone. You will pair with and mentor a junior engineer—delegating tasks effectively, doing code reviews, and helping them level up their full-stack skills.

Performance & Architecture: Balance speed with stability. Know when an internal tool just needs a quick MVP to save the team 10 hours a week, and when a system needs to be highly scalable to handle massive data throughput.

Idea to Reality: You thrive on ambiguity. You can take a vague request ("We are losing track of customer billing edge-cases") and independently architect the database, build the API, and craft the UI to solve it.

Internal Systems Expertise: You have experience building internal tools, ERPs, CRMs, or admin dashboards. You know how to stitch together third-party APIs, webhooks, and internal databases.

Deep Experience (5+ Years): You have a strong foundation in building complex, production-ready web applications.

Fullstack Fluency: You are completely comfortable jumping between backend logic (API design, complex SQL/Database modeling) and the frontend (React, state management) without skipping a beat.

Exceptional Communicator: Because you work directly with leadership, your written and spoken English must be excellent. You can explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders clearly and confidently.
