As Strategy & Operations Manager, you are responsible for driving efficient growth by providing data driven support in shaping and optimizing our global growth and marketing strategies. Your focus will be on various consumer topics such as customer acquisition, user activity, user retention, and new verticals adoption, on a global level.
Collaborating closely with Marketing Leadership and various stakeholders across the company, you will have the opportunity to obsess over our consumer growth, identify investment opportunities, and help ensure efficient allocation of spend to maximize our ROI, through rigorous monitoring of our key performance metrics.
Your ability to blend analytical problem-solving with business acumen and creative strategic thinking will be critical in steering our company toward sustained long-term success.

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to help us introduce our brand to Sweden and Denmark. We need a marketeer who gets the "why" behind what we do and can turn that into real growth, building both brand love and a solid customer base from day one. You’re someone who truly understands the Swedish and Danish culture. You know that winning the hearts of dog owners takes more than just a direct translation; it takes a local touch and a bit of personality.
You’ll be part of our team in Amsterdam, but you’ll "own" the Nordics. You won’t be alone - you’ll have a squad of channel specialists to support you - but it’s on you to guide them on how to make our message land perfectly in your markets. In this role, there are 2 main elements:
You will also own weekly reporting of Sweden & Denmark’s performance, connecting brand and growth initiatives to key metrics like CPA, retention, and revenue.

This role will be pivotal in shaping large strategic projects within our Salesforce platform, collaborating across our commercial, marketing and customer service teams.

As a SMB Account Manager, you are responsible for retaining and growing a defined portfolio of existing customers on the UK market. The Team
You'll be joining the Global Brand and Marketing team - small by design, big in impact. The team is made up of a Global Creative Lead, Global Brand Activation Lead, and Global Podcast Lead, each owning their domain end-to-end and pushing each other to do their best work.
