Your Role at impact.com:
The Total Rewards Analyst is a cornerstone of our People team, playing a strategic role in shaping the employee experience at impact.com. Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance and eligible to receive a Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.

Your Role at impact.com:
We're looking for a Data Reliability Analyst with at least two years of experience who can own the investigation of data issues end-to-end. You'll analyze customer data flowing through our integrations, determine whether it makes sense or whether something is off, diagnose root causes, and recommend improvements that make our system more trustworthy. This role requires a balance of statistical thinking, investigative rigor, and product awareness.
You won't just find problems — you'll drive solutions. Your insights will directly feed our product roadmap and shape how we build and improve integrations. Ideal candidates have a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field and are comfortable working across data, engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

The Revenue Operations Senior Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to work with a global team in a fast-growing GTM organization. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting GTM growth through providing effective reporting and analysis of revenue-generating activities. You will also support the design, implementation, and optimization of efficient sales processes and sales tools on a global level.
