About the position:
The Netskope Channel Solutions Engineer will come on board with the full support of the executive team. This is an amazing opportunity for the sales professional who has a history of completely dominating their territory and who wants to make an impact on building the next iconic cloud security company.
Responsibilities include:
As a Netskope Channel Solutions Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Build relationships with key partner base and their SEs
- Own and drive technical enablement activities for key and assigned partner base
- Educate customers on the ongoing trends and challenges that are driving the need for cloud security and help channel understand where Netskope addresses these challenges
- Deliver effective demos, best practices session on UCs, deployments & workshops as needed
- Provide on the job training for partner SEs by allowing partner SE to shadow presentations and evaluation installations.
- Help partners create evaluation test plans with customers that highlight the strengths of our platform to position Netskope as the clear cloud security leader
- Present at channel-driven marketing activities as-needed basis.
- Assist in the selling effort to partner technical resources during new partner recruitment
- Work with channel partners to proactively expand our awareness and install base within existing accounts.
- Collaborates with other SEs, sales teams, and trainers
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with a proven track record and demonstrable skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the architect level
- Proven track record using it to help drive revenue
- Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration and administration UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems
- Proficient in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and OS such as Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile
- Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM and related protocols
- Proven hands-on experience with information security solutions such as Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, SIEMs, SAML/SSO, DLP, Data security and protection technologies such as HSM, Tokenization & encryption gateways
- Experience working with Active Directory Services including ADFS, working knowledge of Azure AD is desired
- Knowledgeable with application programming; such as REST/SOAP API’s, JSON and enterprise architectures
- Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and the ability to distill technology trends, and explain complex behaviors in simple terms

- Bachelor Degree

Lo que harás:

- Comunicarte con desarrolladores internos y externos para construir soluciones que mejoren su productividad.
Lo que traes contigo:
- Más de 7 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software full-stack.
- Un fuerte sentido de propiedad (ownership).
- Conocimiento en lenguajes de programación orientados a objetos, preferiblemente Ruby y Javascript (React.js).
Requisitos indispensables (Must haves):
- Dominio del idioma inglés, reportas a tu Manager en EEUU y las entrevistas técnicas son conducidas por los equipos de EEUU.
- Sólida comprensión de los fundamentos de las ciencias de la computación, como bases de datos relacionales, estructuras de datos y algoritmos, Mapeo Objeto-Relacional (ORM), y APIs REST.
- Buenas prácticas de desarrollo utilizando Test Driven Development (TDD), Domain Driven Design (DDD), y programación funcional y orientada a objetos.
- Experiencia con microservicios (y patrones como Event Sourcing o API Gateways).
- Experiencia con arquitecturas orientadas a eventos (Event Driven Architectures) utilizando herramientas como Kafka, RabbitMQ o SQS.
- Una mentalidad de jugador a con un fuerte sesgo hacia la acción: elevas el estándar, te mueves con urgencia, te mantienes resiliente ante la ambigüedad y asumes la responsabilidad para lograr resultados significativos.
Deseables (Nice to have):
- Experiencia en observabilidad (usando herramientas como Datadog, Grafana o Splunk).
- Experiencia en IA (Inteligencia Artificial).
- Curiosidad por descubrir cómo entregar código limpio, robusto y escalable.
- Comprensión de cómo construir sistemas distribuidos confiables y capacidad para discutir sus ventajas y desventajas (trade-offs) en profundidad.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para generar acuerdos entre grupos de personas con diferentes niveles de experiencia técnica.
