Employer Brand & Talent Marketing

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or dental industry, with 5 years in a leadership role.
· Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employment branding.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
· Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.
· Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

The A/P Specialist is responsible for reviewing and processing a variety of client and overhead payables and charges, including vendor invoices, expense reports, credit card statements and internal charges. Compensation
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $75,000 - $85,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company’s stock option plan. What you'll do:
In this pivotal role on our Trading Services team, you will architect, evolve, and optimize the distributed systems powering NinjaTrader’s real-time trading platform. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the long-term technical direction of mission-critical trading infrastructure operating in high-volume, low-latency, globally distributed environments. You will play a key role in modernizing our trading architecture, driving scalability and resiliency initiatives, and shaping the future of our platform as we continue to grow in the retail futures trading space.
This role requires deep technical expertise across distributed systems, trading infrastructure, and real-time system design. The salary range for this role will be $210,000.00 - $230,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 15%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).
Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 23 days per year plus seven paid holidays.
All offered compensation will be based on assessed experience and is subject to change at the offer stage.

What we do
You’ll join a business engineering team building internal AI solutions that support teams across The Trade Desk. We leverage large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), agentic systems, and enterprise platforms like Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic Claude to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and reduce operational friction.

The TAM empowers Okta’s customers to deliver secure, scalable, and transformative identity solutions by acting as their trusted identity coach. In partnership with the Okta’s Customer Success and the Account teams, we drive lasting success through elevated technical maturity.
The Opportunity
As a Specialist, Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Okta’s Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC) and Customer Identity Solution (CIS), you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for our most strategic SLED customers. This role is critical in ensuring customers achieve maximum value from their investments in Okta’s Workforce and Customer Identity solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, customer success, and sales, to drive technical adoption, optimize solution performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This role is within the Public Sector, SLED team (managing state and local government organizations, as well as educational institutions) with a focus on compliance with government standards, FedRAMP and sector-specific IAM requirements.

Below is the annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual OTE, which is inclusive of base salary and incentive compensation, will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
