Product Designer

Skills & Qualifications:
• 5 to 8 (in India might be more like 8 to 12 years experience) years of experience in UX/UI or product design with demonstrated experience leading design initiatives and projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in product, UX/UI design, design research, design systems usage as well as your ability to design impactful and user-centred design solutions and your contribution to complex projects.
• Expert level proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, and collaboration tools such as Miro as well as usability testing tools.
• Deep understanding of human-centred design principles, interaction design best practices, and usability.
• Extensive experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Strong knowledge of usability and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills, with proven ability to articulate design decisions and complex design concepts clearly.
• Experience working in Agile teams and ability to deliver high quality designs in a fast paced environment

Job Overview:
We are looking for a UI/UX Design Lead with experience leading and managing a team of designers and a strong track record of creating user-friendly and engaging designs. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, and a proven ability to translate user needs into effective designs. They should also have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work cross-functionally with other teams.
Responsibilities:

- Over 5 - 8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, including team leadership.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Clear understanding of visual hierarchy and information design concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
