WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the leader of the engineering team, you will guide a group of talented engineers in building the window into our complex, mission-critical systems.

• Lead and Mentor: Manage and grow a team of 5+ software engineers, fostering a culture of high performance, technical excellence, and collaboration. You will be responsible for the team's composition, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Drive Technical Strategy: Partner with Product Management, Design leadership, and other key stakeholders to define the product vision. You will own the technical roadmap, validating capabilities and mapping out timelines to turn ambitious concepts into reality.
• Solve Ambiguous Problems: Tackle complex, non-well-defined problems at the intersection of real-time graphics, data simulation, and user interaction. You will spearhead the architecture and design of robust, scalable solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience managing and leading a team of 5+ engineers, with responsibility for hiring and performance management
• 10+ years of professional programming experience, with deep expertise in C++ and modern software engineering principles
• Shipped at least one AAA game title or equivalent real-time simulation product in a senior or lead engineering capacity
• Experience owning the technical side of a product roadmap, working closely with Product and Design to translate vision into an executable plan
• A track record of architecting and delivering solutions to complex, open-ended technical challenges in large codebases
• Solid understanding of 3D math and real-time rendering concepts

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Anduril’s Air Defense team builds autonomous robots that find other robots and knock them out of the sky. At a time when air superiority can no longer be taken for granted, we provide critical force protection capabilities to support the warfighter. As the Software Product Manager for our Simulation Trainer, you will have an immediate impact on real-world operations by building the core simulation experience that allows us to rapidly iterate, test and train capabilities that close the kill chain against a broad range of UAS threats.

• Articulate a clear product vision and own the technical strategy for our simulation product, from core infrastructure like synthetic environments and scenario authoring tools to the end-user experience.
• Serve as the voice of the user by embedding with operators, gathering requirements from teams across all programs, and translating their collective needs into a unified and prioritized product roadmap This includes direct engagement with military operators in the field to understand training workflows, proficiency requirements, and operational pain points.
• Listen to the developer community to understand pain points on the Lattice platform, diagnose how they reflect product deficiencies, and assess their impact on the end-user simulation experience.

ABOUT THE TEAM 

The Simulation Platform team owns the core architecture and infrastructure of Anduril's high-fidelity, multi-domain military mission simulator. It models hundreds of entities--aircraft, ships, submarines, satellites, ground vehicles--moving, sensing, communicating, and engaging across realistic physical environments. The simulator powers training, mission planning, autonomy development, and hardware-in-the-loop testing across Anduril's product portfolio. It connects to live systems, integrates with Anduril's Lattice platform, and runs inside a GUI for interactive scenario authoring.  Mission Sim is a large, mature C++20 codebase with an Entity-Component-System architecture, a stable C ABI plugin system, embedded scripting, and a variety of physics-based models. Keeping this system fast, correct, extensible, and pleasant to develop against at scale, with a growing team of model developers is our job.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Platform work is leverage. Every API you design, every millisecond you shave off the frame loop, every rough edge you smooth in the developer experience — it multiplies across every model, every scenario, and every engineer which builds atop Anduril’s mission simulator. You'll work on a genuinely complex system (real-time, multi-domain, deterministic, plugin-extensible) where architectural decisions have concrete, measurable consequences and correctness matters. The simulator is how Anduril tests autonomy before it touches hardware, how operators train on mission scenarios, and how engineers validate that sensors and platforms behave as expected.  This platform is what makes that possible at scale.

• Performance and scale — keep the simulation loop fast enough for real-time and faster-than-real-time execution with hundreds of concurrent entities; reasoning about memory layout, cache behavior, and contention as entity counts grow
• Custom Entity-Component-System architecture that underpins the entire simulator: entity lifecycle, component storage, system registration, and the update loop
• Plugin and SDK development: maintain a versioned C ABI, enabling external teams to extend the simulator

The team manages the full life cycle of real estate assets across the global portfolio.

The Director, Workplace oversees all workplace strategy, services, and functions across a defined portfolio, providing leadership and support for workplace teams. This role will lead the team overseeing the North American portfolio, consisting of approximately 35 sites ranging in size from small service offices of 500 square feet to corporate headquarters exceeding 150,000 square feet.

What You’ll Take On:

• Responsible for all aspects of workplace operations across a defined portfolio, including management of workplace teams and vendors.
• Lead the delivery of all workplace processes, including building operations, workplace experience, and project management

• Working in partnership with corporate leadership and local finance teams, develop and oversee workplace budgets and spend, optimizing efficiency and minimizing variances to forecast.
• Provide leadership and support in the negotiation and approval of workplace contracts for all office services and workplace operations, ensuring vendor selection best practices are followed, and contracts are re-evaluated on a regular basis.

• Provide leadership and support for change management activities related to office additions and dispositions - ensure office movements are executed with precision and minimize business disruption.
• Key stakeholder for the successful integration of mergers and acquisitions within the defined portfolio.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years full-time experience or equivalent in a leadership role relating to Facilities, Workplace/Office Management and/or Corporate Services preferably with multi-site span of control.
• Proven experience leading a distributed management team.
• CFM, PMP, LEED or other pertinent industry certifications are an asset.
• Ability to operated with a high level of autonomy and within an environment with a high level of ambiguity.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $161,300 and $238,700 per year. Unity is seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Integrations Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team. The Role

We're hiring an Associate to join our investing team, focusing on early-stage opportunities across data infrastructure, AI infrastructure, and developer tools. You will work directly with Lauri Moore and collaborate with the broader Bessemer investment team to find and back the technical founders building the foundational layers of the next era of software.

Seed investing is a ground game. The most compelling opportunities at the earliest stages don't come from inbound decks — they come from being deeply embedded in the communities where builders and researchers spend their time. We're looking for someone who is energized by that work: showing up to meetups and happy hours, staying close to technical friends across the ecosystem, and building the kind of authentic relationships that mean founders call you first.

This is a role for someone who thinks independently, acts with urgency, and brings a point of view. Seed requires an optimist — you need to see what a company could become, not just what it is today. But conviction without rigor is just enthusiasm. You also need to dig deep, ask hard questions, and build a thesis before we commit capital.

You don't need an investing background. We'll teach you that. What you do need is a strong technical foundation, curiosity, and the kind of social instincts that make people want to spend time with you.

• Be in the mix. The Role

As our Software Engineer, you will help shape the future of interactive physical gaming and realize Nex’s very bold vision: “Create the best motion games for hundreds of millions of people to play on”. In addition to developing games in house, we also work with external partners to create exciting contents and experiences on Nex Playground. Our support engineers help assist the whole content creation process, ensuring games are delivered in high quality to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Support external studios in implementing games with our technology stack.
• Collaborate with our producer team to ensure smooth delivery of games and content in our pipeline.
• Involve in pre-production of new games, including ideation, prototyping and motion mechanics exploration.
• Identify bottlenecks and pain points for game developers, including designers and engineers.
• Build tools or refine processes to streamline game development, from ideation to deployment.

Must Have

• Hands-on experience with Unity.
• 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Experience maintaining software libraries and / or writing documentation.
• Experience with tooling and automation.

As a Principal/Lead Systems Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping the foundational technology powering Arkheron, our first game and a cross-platform competitive multiplayer title. This role demands deep experience building systems for competitive multiplayer games, where engine performance, hardware constraints, and platform characteristics have a direct impact on responsiveness and player experience.

We are at a transformative stage in our engine technology, and we are looking for someone to help shape its development toward data-centric principles; to make Arkheron feel great to play for players, and great to build for our developers through fast and reliable iteration.

YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE BY:

• Shaping the architecture, optimization, and long-term evolution of core engine systems in Unity/DOTS (C# and C/C++) — spanning runtime performance, memory management, platform-specific optimization (PC and consoles), networking infrastructure, graphics, and tooling.
• Driving complex technical decisions across console performance and low-level systems architecture, with reach into graphics, tooling, and engine infrastructure to ensure our systems scale for both developers and players.
• Collaborating with internal and external leads to advance engine platform capabilities — including console features, anti-cheat, and team workflows.
• Tackling high-impact projects such as optimizing iteration pipelines, building live-editable profiling systems, and enhancing runtime systems like rendering, streaming, and netcode.
• Creating tools and APIs that make developers' lives easier and help the team deliver high-quality content faster.
• Jumping into other areas as needed — from audio to UI to gameplay systems — to support the broader team.
• Contributing beyond core engineering, leaning on your passions and perspectives to help the studio grow.
• (Lead) Providing technical leadership and mentorship across a senior engineering team — fostering autonomy, accountability, and growth through clear direction, constructive feedback, and deliberate skill development.

Our goal is to immerse players in an extraordinary and haunting realm. From initial concept art to final in-game elements, we are crafting a compelling aesthetic experience that seamlessly blends with and brings to life the game’s narrative, level design, combat and audio. We are looking for a Senior/Principal Environment Artist with the technical grit to turn surreal concepts into high-fidelity, AAA landscapes. You aren't just an asset creator here - you are a primary architect. You will elevate the visual language of our first IP, translating our established world into immersive environments where every vista serves the story and every layout is purpose-built for competitive gameplay.

YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE BY:

• Building high-quality, in-game environment art that brings the world of Arkheron to life—architecture, materials, props, vistas, and set dressing.
• Owning environment assets end-to-end, from concept or blockout through final in-engine implementation.
