We're seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to join our Egypt team. As an IT Helpdesk Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting Tamara’s technology environment, ensuring team members have a seamless and secure experience across hardware, software, and collaboration tools. You will be the go-to person for resolving technical issues, managing assets, and supporting new technology rollouts—contributing to a scalable and secure IT infrastructure.
You are a problem solver, empathetic communicator, and team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You bring a hands-on approach to IT support while building strong foundations for a growing team in Egypt.

About the role
We’re seeking a Quality Leader to design, scale, and manage a world-class quality framework across all support functions (Customer and Partner Support). You will own the end-to-end quality program, drive measurable improvements, and embed a strong culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous feedback. We're seeking a Team Leader for our Customer Experience Team. As Team Leader, you will be crucial in overseeing and assessing the activities of customer service representatives, as well as providing frequent performance feedback.
Drawing on your proficiency in leading, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to help them reach their full potential, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring the everyday activities of customer service operations, assisting customer service representatives with duties as needed to create unique experiences only Tamara can provide.

The Opportunity:

This role is responsible for leading the customer service teams supporting EMEA Languages (Arabic, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish) as they provide support to customers across voice, email, chat, and back-office activities.
We are currently seeking to hire a Regional Manager (RM) supporting the EMEA region. This would be a full-time position and will be based in Cairo’s new office. Relocation support will be provided for you and your dependents (if needed).
The Regional Manager of Customer Experience Group provides vision, leadership, and guidance to each team leader and associates in the key operating areas through performance and goal setting. Effectively communicates with the team, developing a climate in which information is shared openly. Clearly defines team goals and expectations. Develop tactical plans to reach these goals. This role requires a high level of personal and professional skills associated with running global operations teams. First and foremost, this is a people leader role and enabling local teams to be successful is core to the role. In addition to being a brilliant people leader and communicator, the ideal candidate will bring a vision, a sense of curiosity, a passion for travel, keen analytical skills, a tech-centric mindset, and a willingness to lead by example.
This position will report to the Regional Head of Customer Support, EMEA and is open to both local and foreign candidates and we will provide a relocation package for the right candidate, ensuring a smooth transition to working and living in Cairo, Egypt.
