FUNCTION: Engineering
We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team. Our goal is to build out seamless cross-border payments involving both crypto and fiat currencies. This role is pivotal in helping us overcome the challenges to ensure smooth trading processes together with streamlining liquidity management and automation.
Traditional methods have often resulted in customers grappling with high transaction fees, lengthy delays, and the rigidity of having to choose between fiat and crypto transactions. With our innovative solution, we aim to break down these barriers by allowing a fluid interchange between crypto and fiat currencies. This hybrid solution will empower our customers to make international payments in their preferred format, whether it be entirely in crypto, entirely in fiat, or a mix of both. By enhancing the interoperability between these two transaction modes, we aim to accelerate transaction speed, reduce associated costs, and create a more user-friendly experience.
Our product and engineering organisation is split into small autonomous squads empowered to own their problem space. You’ll be expected to form strong opinions and execute in a fast but sustainable way, advocating for the simplest solution that achieves the outcomes our customers are looking for.

Tide facts:
As our CRM Manager for Wealth, you’ll take an established programme (with lots of new features coming through) and drive it to even greater heights through optimisation, personalisation and automation.
You’ll own the campaign delivery, planning process to enable delivery of a first class automation and personalisation programme. This will incorporate multiple marketing channels and touchpoints, with the end goal to engage, nudge and nurture our members’ investment portfolio.
You’ll have an established track record for testing and growing KPIs. We are a highly capable team who believe passionately in the problem we are solving, collaborating closely with direct feedback, and encouraging action over deliberation.

The Fiat Processing Platform Squad develops and maintains solutions geared towards making it possible for our customers to Hold, Send, Receive and Exchange funds on the BVNK platform which they use to run their businesses. It's based on fiat banking services and provides our customers with the same functionalities you would expect from a business bank account like deposits and withdrawals. Customers receive unique IBANs in their own name which are registered on major payment schemes and operate as full bank accounts under an EMI License.
