JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our Experience & Engineering team. We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Gant, Inter Milan, bol.com and Just Eat Takeaway.

As a CRO Consultant, you’ll make data-driven decisions, and you know how to clearly visualise user needs and report them to our clients. You know how to use heat maps, user recordings and polls to generate insights and translate them to hypotheses. You define experiments into a roadmap, conduct those and present back the results. You’ll let our designers and developers know what has to be done if you need their support in experiment delivery.

By presenting complex answers in a clear fashion, you're able to convince your clients into what optimisations to prioritise. In this way you actively support the data driven development and increasing conversion of the platforms we deliver to our clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Helping clients define how to measure their digital success (KPIs / Conversion), aligned with their business objectives;
• Analysing data through (Google) analytics or user feedback (hotjar/contentsquare) reviews, turning data into insights;
• Benchmarking user journeys against best practices through Heuristic walkthroughs;
• Conducting deep dive analysis to support backlog priorisation for our clients digital platforms (site/shop/app) 
• Responsible for creating test plans, executing A/B tests and evaluation;
• Join in (or lead) client workshops;
• Producing and delivering reports/audits that summarise your findings;
• Contributing to conversion programmes driving continuous improvements through iterative learning.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Have at least 2 years experience as an optimisation consultant preferably within the digital marketing field;
• Know your way around Google Analytics, Hotjar and/or content square and tools like VWO or Optimizely;
• Have a commercial entrepreneurial drive;
• Have experience at a digital agency (bonus points);

JOB PURPOSE

Our SEO team empowers clients to develop and grow their online businesses through organic search in all its shapes and forms. You will go beyond simply executing SEO tasks; you will function as a strategic advisor to our clients by understanding their needs, challenging their goals, assessing feasibility and proposing hands-on solutions.

This role requires an advanced level of SEO (and GEO) expertise, strategic planning skills, and a results-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate can manage and optimize SEO strategies and guide other SEO consultants effectively. You are a critical and analytical thinker, both curious and creative, with a solid understanding of SEO and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences
• Guide and educate other SEO consultants that assist you in carrying out the strategies and roadmaps you develop for your clients
• Next to strategic tasks, also perform foundational analyses like keyword researches, technical scans and backlink audits when the situation requires this
• Independently take part in new business pitches and other one-off client projects 
• Track performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, emphasizing important metrics and suggestions for how to improve
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organic search and adapt strategies accordingly

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• At least 5 years of experience working in SEO
• Strategic autonomy to effectively manage priorities, make sound decisions, and proactively drive results within a flexible, hybrid setting
• Very strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive optimisation
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders

Digital Project Manager
Budapest, hybrid

JOB PURPOSE

This position sits in our Experience & Engineering business unit. We primarily deliver large-scale website design and build projects, combining our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to help clients including Nikon, London Marathon Events and END. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and engaging digital experiences. 

As Project Manager you will drive several web design and build projects from initial concept to delivery. You will manage the full project life-cycle, from requirements capture, through solution design, build, test and deployment. You will also manage project risks, issues and dependencies, to deliver projects on time, on budget and to high quality.

You will work with a range of clients on several different projects and must be adept at managing and building client relationships and reporting on the status of projects. You will be the key contact for clients, advising them on cost, available resources, problems and solutions. 

Liaising and updating stakeholders on the status of projects, you will track the project deliverables and match those with agreed deadlines. You will continuously assess working methods and processes and make recommendations for improvement. Oversee projects’ financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• Have a strong background in digital project management working on projects from initial briefing to delivery
• Experienced in Agile project delivery
• Have agency experience with a passion for IT, e-commerce and digital projects
• Have previous experience with project managing the development of web and mobile sites
• Adept at building effective client relationships and working with several stakeholders to deliver targets
• Strong communication with excellent presentation, report writing and data analysis capabilities;
• Can work under pressure, change direction when required and work on a range of client projects at the same time.
