About the Role
The Associate Hosting Representative works with Veeam Cloud & Service Provider, Channel, and Commercial teams to grow Veeam’s presence within the hosting and service provider ecosystem. The role focuses on developing partner relationships and driving revenue through Cloud and Service Provider partners.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will be naturally collaborative, articulate, extremely organized, have a solid technical understanding of Veeam products, and motivated by maximizing customer success and outcomes. As a Customer Success Engineer, you are the primary technical owner driving long-term customer outcomes across the Veeam Data Platform. What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery (e.g., Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales SE, Technical Account Manager); this is a mid-level role.
- Advanced level of English (Spanish / German / French nice to have)
- Hands-on expertise across operating systems, virtualization, storage, scripting/automation, cloud platforms, and DR&R best practices.
- Strong experience designing and executing protection plans, migrations, and recovery simulations; familiarity with Veeam platform capabilities is a plus.

- Exceptional written communications and electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to relay information to potential customers in English
- Salesforce.com is a plus
- Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
