What you’ll do at Jamf:

Numbers tell a story - and in this role, you'll be the one making sure it's accurate. As a Staff Accountant at Jamf, you'll own end-to-end accounting processes: reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and keeping the general ledger tight. This isn't a narrow, task-by-task role. You'll work with real ownership in a smaller finance team where your work is visible and your contribution matters.

This role is offered as a hybrid from Brno, the Czech Republic, with the expectation to come to the office 3 times per week. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the Czech Republic and have sponsorship to live and work in the Czech Republic. #LI-Hybrid
What you can expect to do in this role:
- Complete assigned balance sheet account reconciliations and fluctuation analysis
- Prepare supporting documents for local VAT or other tax filings
- Prepare US GAAP adjustment entries
- Review purchase requests for proper general ledger coding
- Book all cash payments not run through Accounts Payable
- Assist with annual audit requirements
- Assist Accounting Manager with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Verify fixed asset additions are correctly accounted for and set up in fixed asset module
- Process monthly depreciation entries
- Maintain fixed asset registers
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years general ledger experience
- Basic understanding of US GAAP welcomed
- Experience working with multiple foreign currencies preferred
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
EDUCATION
- 3 year / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar
