The Partner Solution Architect (PSA) is a Datadog expert who will work closely with Datadog’s Director of Partner Solutions Architects, and is aligned to our Channels & Alliances business segment. The PSA is responsible for supporting a variety of technical initiatives and activities for our partners (for example: cloud migration, application modernization, DevOps transformation). They are accountable for the outcome of these initiatives, and frequently collaborate with both Datadog and Partner resources to drive success. The PSA is a trusted technical advisor for our Partner channel.

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure the successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources;
- Participate in periodic joint business planning and review sessions to ensure direct alignment between Datadog and Partner technical teams;
- Collaborate internally to support Partner technical initiatives such as end-customer demonstrations and proofs of value; partner team enablement workshops; assessment, advice, and coaching on lead practices;
- Advocate on behalf of Partners’ technical concerns (use cases, feature requests, support issues, e.g.) with Datadog internal teams and personnel, helping to bring those concerns to resolution;
- Analyze and understand Partner service offerings on a regular basis and provide recommendations to enhance the value of those services through greater or improved adoption of Datadog features and capabilities;
- Collaborate with Datadog’s product management, engineering and technical services teams to help identify and prioritize new features and capabilities;
- Continuously help curate and evolve lead/best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success.
Who You Are:
- Possess a solid technical grounding with hands-on experience of IT Development and/or Operations
- Has a demonstrable track-record and never-ending passion for learning; successful candidates for this position typically have 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role
- A self-starter, tech-savvy professional with solid business acumen; ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom;
- Confident presentation skills
- Desired hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas:
- Observability: Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic or Dynatrace
- Public Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry
- Dev/Scripting: Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go
- Config Mgmt: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef
- CI / CD: Jenkins, Gitlab
- Bonus Points:
- Previous experience working in a technical role for or supporting channel partners (Systems Integrators, Managed Services Providers, e.g.)
- Previous experience using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools (APM,
- Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics, NPM)
- Previous experience with root-cause-analysis, troubleshooting, debugging

A Technical Account Manager (TAM) will continue to provide hands-on technical services to our largest customers by supporting, adopting and providing guidance over the comprehensive suite of products and features available at Datadog. What You’ll Do:
- Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers in line with pre-sales, post-sales and the renewal processes
- Analyze customer’s IT Operations environment on a regular basis and provide recommendations that will maximize Datadog’s value.
- Be the customer’s advocate by knowing their goals and use cases then suggesting process changes, product adoption, configuration and additional features to meet their requirements
- Participate and prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
- Collaborate with Datadog’s product management, engineering and technical services teams to help identify new features and products
- Continuously evolve best practice to technical product adoption and customer success
Who You Are:
- Someone with a solid technical grounding and hands-on experience of IT Operations
- Confident in your hands on experience AWS, Azure or GCP
- Comfortable scripting languages like Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, or Chef/Puppet etc.
- Skilled in using CI/CD tools e.g. Jenkins, Gitlab etc.
- Knowledgeable about Containerization tools e.g. Docker, Kubernetes or Rancher etc.
- Able to sit up to 4 hours, traveling to and from client sites
- Able to travel via auto, train or air up to 30% of the time
- Previous experience working as a TAM supporting mid-market and/or Enterprise customers in the cloud space
- Experienced using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools
- Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer L3 to execute on support issues while also building out the function and automating resolution of repeat issues. In this role, you will work directly with Java. You’ll be hands-on and equally strong in communication—facilitating technical discussions, translating business needs into technical plans, and ensuring we commit secure, scalable, and high‑quality solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Investigate and drive support resolution with senior external clients, internal stakeholders and other Marquee engineering teams;
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to ensure successful resolution of issues;
- Develop and mature the SRE strategy to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of our platforms;
- Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk;
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed;
- Work closely with the engineering team to drive resolution of client issues;
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents as needed;
- Continuously improve processes and systems to increase reliability and reduce risk;
- Influence and suggest improvements on roadmap for enhancing Marquee client experience;
- Create documentation /runbooks and code snippets to share with clients and internal engineering teams.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field;
- Experience in L3 support or similar roles;
- Strong proficiency in JAVA programming and application support (Rest api, servlet, JavaScript/html, jsp, jdbc, struts, Hibernate, Spring);
- Good Troubleshooting skills in analyzing System and Application logs and working experience of support function in distributed systems;
- Proficiency with Linux-based operating system, commands, and utilities;
- Strong ability to debug application issues to identify the underlying root cause;
- Good exposure using AI models in support function;
- Advanced level experience to work with multi server/Tier: Tomcat, Jbosss, WebSphere and Weblogic servers;
- Advanced hands-on experience in Database (DB2, Oracle and Sybase.. etc);
- Advanced Unix and scripting (shell/perl);
- Advanced experience on using Git, Jenkins.
Highly Desirable Skills
- Experience with AWS Cloud (EC2/Lambda, Amazon CloudWatch, IAM, S3, RDS & DynamoDB/MongoDB) in to Support function;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
