You'll be joining a team of engineers across Frontend, Backend, SRE and QA. We're organised into cross-functional development teams assigned to specific verticals.

This role is open for several teams, and we will define the exact team that you will be joining during the interview process based on the business needs and your preferences.

Job Summary

We are looking to recruit a highly skilled and experienced Backend developer with experience in Kubernetes to work with global development teams from Europe, Cananda, and US. You will be involved in designing, developing, deploying, and managing scalable and resilient backend services within a containerized, cloud-native environment, and on-premise customer environment. The candidate needs a strong foundation in backend development principles, coupled with hands-on expertise in leveraging Kubernetes for orchestrating microservices and ensuring high availability and performance of our applications. Your Role 

As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality across complex migration and delivery phases, combining automation, performance testing, and AI-driven QA practices.

• Design and implement a comprehensive test strategy covering all migration phases and environments

• Execute functional testing including E2E scenarios, API contract testing (Pact), integration testing, and regression suites

• Conduct performance testing using K6/JMeter, validating scalability (18+ concurrent users, 95%+ success rate, <80s execution time)

• Build and maintain test automation pipelines integrated into CI/CD (unit → integration → E2E → performance)

• Develop smoke testing strategies for cutover readiness and production validation

• Manage test data lifecycle, including provisioning scripts and anonymization of production data

About the Role

You will lead backend engineering across multi-region, scalable deployments, ensuring performance, security, resilience, and DevOps maturity in cloud-native AEM environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

Architecture & Design 

• Implement backend solutions for AEM (Cloud Service) and EDS including Sling Models, OSGi services, custom workflows, and content APIs.

• Set up observability (logs, metrics, tracing) via Cloud Manager/Kibana/New Relic/Datadog; define alerting and SLOs. 

Security & Compliance

Como Desenvolvedor Backend Sênior, você será responsável por liderar o desenvolvimento e a
