The Role
We are looking for a Python developer who is curious, practical, and eager to grow within a strong engineering team. You should be comfortable writing Python, interested in backend systems, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment where reliability, security, and performance matter. You don't need to have mastered every part of our stack already, but you should be excited to learn, ask good questions, and build production-quality systems with support from experienced engineers.
You will work with our Python team to build secure, robust, and high-performance microservices that support critical revenue operations — including billing, tax calculation, customer commitments, and AI-powered automation. Over time, you will grow into owning parts of these services, helping us solve complex problems as the company scales.
People rely on our products to communicate every day, so we care deeply about resiliency, reliability, and thoughtful engineering.
Responsibilities
- Design and build developer-friendly and agent-friendly APIs
- Build, test, and deploy applications that support global communications services
- Help identify and resolve issues related to latency, scalability, and performance
- Create tools and AI agents to automate revenue operations
- Investigate production issues by tracing through logs, data, and code to understand root causes
- Learn how to support services in production, including incident investigation and on-call responsibilities with guidance from the team
- Collaborate with more experienced engineers on design decisions, code reviews, testing, observability, and deployment
Who we’re looking for
- 1-2 years of professional software development experience with an object-oriented programming language
- Experience writing Python for web applications, APIs, or backend services.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI, aiohttp, Flask, Django, or similar.
- Experience designing or consuming RESTful APIs.
- Some experience with asynchronous programming, or a willingness to learn it.
- Comfort working with PostgreSQL or another relational database.
- Familiarity with SQL queries, schema design, migrations, or query performance.
- Exposure to event-driven architectures or message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar.
- An interest in highly available, uptime-critical production environments.
- Understanding of microservice architecture patterns, and curiosity about trade-offs and anti-patterns.
- Familiarity with some of the following: Docker, Kubernetes, Consul, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts. You are willing to dig through logs, query databases, read unfamiliar code, and ask questions to get to the bottom of an issue.
- Willingness to learn how to support services in production, including incident resolution and on-call processes.
- Comfort using AI coding agents as part of your investigation workflow, while knowing when to rely on your own judgement.

- Telecom domain knowledge.
- Experience with SQLAlchemy and Alembic.
- A thoughtful approach to decision making, knowing when to move quickly and when to optimize for the long term.
- Interest in fast-paced, product-driven environments.

- Familiarity with agent communication protocols such as MCP or A2A.

Engenheiro de Inteligência Artificial
Responsabilidades:
- Projetar, desenvolver e aprimorar aplicações baseadas em foundation models (ex.: LLMs, modelos multimodais) para necessidades específicas de negócio;
- Implementar e experimentar técnicas de IA generativa, incluindo, mas não se limitando a, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) e prompt engineering;
- Liderar a implementação de agentes autônomos inteligentes e sistemas multiagente capazes de tomada de decisão complexa, execução de tarefas e interação com sistemas externos;
- Utilizar e contribuir para frameworks de IA agentic (ex.: LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Crew AI) para construir agentes robustos e escaláveis;

Requisitos:
- Bacharelado ou Mestrado em Ciência da Computação, Inteligência Artificial, Machine Learning ou área quantitativa relacionada;
- 5+ anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de software com forte foco em IA/ML;
- Experiência comprovada na construção e implantação de modelos de IA generativa (ex.: LLMs, modelos de difusão) em ambientes de produção;
- Expertise demonstrada em projetar e implementar sistemas de IA agentic e arquiteturas multiagente;
- Sólido entendimento e experiência prática com Model Context Protocol (MCP) para integração de sistemas de IA;
- Experiência consistente em desenvolvimento de aplicações full-stack;
- Ampla experiência com plataformas de nuvem (AWS, Azure ou GCP) para implantações de IA/ML e hospedagem de aplicações em geral;
- Experiência com ferramentas e práticas de LLMOps (ex.: Langfuse, Langsmith, etc.);
- Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas, análise e comunicação;
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e colaborativa em um ambiente ágil e dinâmico;
- Inglês avançado.
