You'll be part of our Security team within the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) pillar, led by Maxime Lahaye, Senior Security Officer, based in Paris. Together, you'll be ensuring Mirakl's adherence to security standards and regulations while shaping the future of compliance in an AI-driven world.

1 · Compliance & certifications — automated

• Contribute to driving and maintaining Mirakl's ISO 27001, ISO 27018, and SOC 2 certifications, leveraging automated GRC platforms to enable continuous compliance monitoring and reduce manual effort
• Help manage and evolve the ISMS (Information Security Management System), ensuring it reflects both regulatory requirements and Mirakl's evolving AI-driven operations
• Automate evidence collection, control monitoring, and documentation workflows using modern GRC tooling and AI-powered agents

2 · AI Governance — to build with the team

• Working closely with your manager and the Security team, co-design and evolve Mirakl's AI usage governance framework: acceptable use policies, data classification for AI inputs, shadow AI detection, and AI vendor risk assessment
• Maintain a live inventory of AI tools used across the company and contribute to the risk-based process for evaluating and onboarding new tools
• Participate in internal awareness and training initiatives on responsible AI use across all departments
• Monitor the AI governance regulatory landscape and help adapt Mirakl's framework proactively

3 · Security by design across all company projects

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams early in project lifecycles — whether AI-powered or not — to embed security and compliance requirements from the start
• Participate in risk reviews across all types of product and platform initiatives, with specific attention to AI-related threat vectors where applicable (prompt injection, data leakage in LLMs, access control for models)

About the job:

The eCommerce landscape is entering a new phase of profound change: Agentic Commerce, where AI-powered agents autonomously search, discover, compare, and ultimately purchase on behalf of users. This evolution is transforming how customers interact with products—how they arrive, engage, how choices are filtered, and how relevance is determined in a rapidly evolving paradigm. In this context, as a Senior AI Engineer, you will join our Data team (60+ people) to prototype, iterate, and integrate agentic systems into Mirakl products, working closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers and Software Development teams.

The position is open for a Permanent contract (CDI) or Freelance, based in Paris or Bordeaux (4 days on site).

Your role :

As a Software Engineer Java in the Mirakl Labs product teams, your main mission is to design, develop and deploy new business features proposed by the Product Manager. On a daily basis, you will be implementing these new features across all layers of our applications, from interfaces (UI or REST API) through the business layer to the creation of database schemas and scripts. As part of a team with total ownership over the products it develops, you are a key player in ensuring both the business consistency of the product and its technical stability.

Senior AI Product Manager – Mirakl Agent

We're hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of the Mirakl Agent across documentation, analytics, and growth recommendation flows. You will work at the intersection of LLMs, orchestration systems, product data, and marketplace operations, ensuring the agent delivers accurate, trustworthy, and high-impact operator experiences across the full product lifecycle. This is a hands-on role within a highly cross-functional environment, with strong startup DNA inside a scaleup, focused on shaping the agent's intelligence, architecture, integrations, and native product capabilities.

What You'll Do

Design end-to-end agent experiences across documentation, analytics & growth

• Understand B2B operator needs across documentation access, data analysis, and growth recommendations.
• Define agent reasoning, orchestration flows, and product-triggered actions for the full operator journey (beyond simple text responses).

Own the roadmap & deliver AI-powered product features

• Lead the roadmap for the Mirakl Agent across its sub-agents: Documentation Agent, Analytics Agent, and Recommendation/Growth Agent.
• Write clear specs (prompts, retrieval logic, APIs, orchestration flows, UX) and drive execution with engineering, data engineering, core, and analytics teams.

Shape and improve the agentic architecture
