As a Contract Manager, UpMarket for our 1:Few (High Touch) Customer base at HubSpot, you will be responsible for handling all assigned customer contracts. This includes communicating directly with customers and internal colleagues to ensure the accurate resolution of customer inquiries and the execution of customer renewals. As part of our customer-focused, results-driven organization, you will also be responsible for managing a high volume of account-related tasks centered on maximizing customer investment with HubSpot.

Role Summary
Senior Analyst role is expected to support the broader analytics team in measuring and validating the effectiveness of paid media for channels including but not limited to, Linear TV, OTT, Social Activation, and Programmatic Activation, Audio, and OOH The Senior Analyst is expected to demonstrate the following skills/experience: strong grasp of experimental design, specifically covering A/B testing for Brand Impact (brand lift studies) and performance (conversion lift studies). Hands-on skills in data management and data visualization, quantitative data analysis, problem solving, statistical modeling, and the ability to develop/analyze business cases. Strong ability to design, customize, and maintain platforms for contract management, business intelligence, and user access. Excellent oral and written communication skills, client focus and the ability to support and enable teamwork, self-motivated and able to operate independently with limited guidance and direction.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM-focused area such as Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics; a related field or equivalent professional work experience is
required.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in analytics.
• Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, building charts and graphs, etc.
• An understanding of Python and/or SQL (especially BigQuery/GCP) is helpful but not required.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI is a niceto-have.
• A background in statistical modeling (e.g., linear regression) is highly preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of media ad servers such as Google Campaign Manager or Meta CAPI would be preferred.
• Strong understanding of media metrics (e.g., buying models, CPV, VCR, GRP) and quantitative business measures.
