That is why we create an innovative omni-channel communication landscape by building services that ensure a meaningful and right-in-time communication with our customers in a fully automated way along the whole customer journey. This includes email, sms, rcs, WhatsApp and most important: our fully automated dialer for in- and out-bound calls as core service for our loan advisors. In addition to that we constantly optimize main parameters of the customer experience by data-driven experiments around customer value, timings etc. using a sophisticated self-built optimization framework.

The team is part of the “Base Tribe”, which consists of four teams that collaborate closely on the mission: to deliver core functionalities that enable seamless access and interaction with our financial products for customers and internal teams:
As a cross-functional team consisting of web, mobile, backend engineers, the RX Tooling team builds, runs and maintains six microservices written in Python. The team owns the KYC (Know Your Customer) domain, which is responsible for the fast, reliable and secure customer legitimation via integration with external KYC vendors.
The team owns the whole lifecycle from design and development through maintenance of the services at runtime. The team is responsible for the 24/7 runtime support of their services.

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our Customer Communication team. Our mission is to connect people to enable the best loan application process possible. That is why we create an innovative omni-channel communication landscape by building services that ensure a meaningful and right-in-time communication with our customers in a fully automated way along the whole customer journey. This includes email, sms, rcs, WhatsApp and most important: our fully automated dialer for in- and out-bound calls as core service for our loan advisors. In addition to that we constantly optimize main parameters of the customer experience by data-driven experiments around customer value, timings etc. using a sophisticated self-built optimization framework.

This high-impact role sits within the Lakebase Go-To-Market team and partners closely with regional Account Executives to drive adoption of Lakebase with platform, application, and data teams.
Lakebase gives customers a unified, governed foundation for operational workloads and AI-native applications, helping them move away from a fragmented estate of point databases toward a modern, scalable, serverless Postgres service.
