THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join one of our most active and high-visibility account teams. You will be the operational backbone of the team, managing complex, multi-workstream programmes across social, production, and integrated moments, while building a direct and trusted relationship with a demanding, engaged client.
You will work closely with an Account Director and mentor junior members of the team. This is a role that rewards rigour, initiative, and the ability to bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client leadership
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for your clients, building trust-based relationships at multiple levels of their organisations.
- Stay close to their business realities - proactive, visible, and always one step ahead.
- Develop a deep understanding of each brand's market, competitive landscape, positioning, and tone of voice.
- Coordinate fluently with partner and multi-agency setups as required.
Project ownership
- Own end-to-end project management across a wide variety of projects - from always-on social and content series to productions, campaigns, and integrated briefs - from brief to delivery.
- Review all deliverables with a sharp eye for brand consistency, production quality, and creative integrity.
- Keep all stakeholders, internal and external, aligned, informed, and unblocked.
- Maintain clear written briefs, shared project planning, and structured debriefs for every project.
Creative & strategic collaboration
- Brief, inspire, and champion the creative team - generating enthusiasm and maintaining trust throughout each project.
- Contribute actively to strategies that go beyond social: integrated campaigns and broader brand thinking.
- Collaborate with partner agencies on integrated moments, ensuring OSL's social-first thinking strengthens the wider campaign ecosystem.
- Bring proactive ideas to clients. This role rewards initiative.
Financial & operational management
- Manage budgets across multiple concurrent workstreams with full transparency - tracking, flagging, and reporting with rigour.
- Own billing, invoicing, and PO processes; maintain a clear and shared financial overview of all activity.
- Anticipate and resolve project challenges early, keeping your Account Director and Business Director informed with context and a recommendation - not just a problem.
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, communications, or a related agency environment, with hands-on expertise in social and digital campaigns.
- A track record of managing complex accounts; you are comfortable on set, in client meetings, and in budget reviews.
- Experience navigating cross-agency or multi-partner environments; you know how to collaborate without losing sight of your brand's interest.
- Strategic instincts that extend beyond social — curious about ATL, integrated campaigns, and broader brand thinking.
- Proficient in French or Dutch, with a strong working knowledge of the other language. Fluent in English.
- A natural relationship-builder with strong people skills, with clients, creatives, and agency partners alike.
- Highly organised and delivery-focused: you keep projects on time, on budget, and on brief without losing your energy or creativity.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable in an agile, fast-moving environment.

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer who will design and deliver Artificial Intelligence solutions that improve our customers' experience and enable informed, data-driven decision making. AI Engineers at Collibra are responsible for
- Monitoring of the larger AI/ML landscape, including emerging techniques and current state-of-the-art approaches
- Transforming prototypes into pragmatic, production-ready solutions which solve impactful business problems
- Creating, operationalizing, and supporting AI/ML models and visualizations to power actionable value and insights
- Evaluating algorithmic results for quality, adaptability, and efficiency
- Contributing to evolving our platforms for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities in support of Collibra’s data products
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers on AI best practices
You have
- 5+ years of experience delivering production-grade AI/ML projects related to business functions, incorporating advanced techniques (e.g., LLM-based applications, RAG systems, NLP, neural networks, recommendation engines)
- Experience with SQL and relational databases, query authoring as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases (e.g., time series, graph, vector)
- Built and deployed production code in Python with associated AI modules (LangChain, LangGraph, Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow, etc.)
- Experience with model evaluation, testing frameworks, and validation methodologies
- You must have work authorization to work in Brussels, Belgium
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

What You Bring

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
You will be the architect of our operational backbone. Your mission is to look at every corner of our business, from customer onboarding to internal reporting, and ask, "How can we do this better?" You will have the green light and the resources to design, implement, and perfect the automated systems that will power our next stage of growth. This isn't about maintaining the status quo; it's about building the future, one brilliant process at a time.
1. Lead the Automation Charge
- Map, challenge, and redesign cross‑functional processes (from acquisition to customer care and partner ops).
- Build and own an automation roadmap using the right mix of RPA, low/no‑code tools (Zapier/Make/...), APIs, AI copilots, and scripts. Don't worry, we don't expect you to be able to code.
- Prioritize ruthlessly: quick wins first, moonshots second, both backed by data and ROI.
- Turn chaos into clarity: create and maintain crystal-clear SOPs, swimlanes, and control plans.
2. Drive Continuous Improvement. Lean is your love language
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops, value-stream mapping, DMAIC cycles, whatever gets to the root cause fastest.
- Install metrics and control charts that keep improvements alive (not a one-off “project” mindset).
- Coach teams to spot the 8 wastes and kill them with kindness (and automation).
3. Orchestrate Change
- Craft compelling business cases and win buy-in from stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Compliance.
- Pilot, test, iterate. Ship improvements with phased rollouts and clear comms.
- Train end users, build playbooks, measure adoption, and iterate again.
4. Make Data Flow and speak
- Partner with Data/IT to make sure the right data moves cleanly between tools.
- Co-own key ops platforms (workflow engines, CRM/ERP modules, ticketing, RPA bots) with an eye on reliability and scalability.
- Spin up dashboards that expose bottlenecks, SLAs, and throughput in real time.
What you bring
Must-haves
- The most important: Structured problem-solver with a bias for action, proposals, and documentation is insufficient - we value action
- 3 to 7 years in Operations, Business Process Management, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on track record of automating and scaling processes across multiple teams.
- Proven mastery of workflow/automation tools (Zapier/Make, UiPath, Power Automate, Workato, etc.) and/or scripting (Python, Apps Script).
- Strong analytical skills and turning data into action.
Bonus points
- Lean Six Sigma training/certifications (Yellow/Green/Black Belt).
- Experience in fintech/financial services or other regulated industries.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-enabled automation and prompt engineering.

We are seeking highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Scientists to join our AI team, focusing on AI applications (LLM and Computer Vision) in Cloud, Devices and Robotics. As a key member of our research and development efforts, you will play a crucial role in advancing the state-of-the-art in Large Language Models (LLMs), Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs), Computer Vision and GenAI technologies for law enforcement and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge LLM, MLLM, CV models and algorithms and solutions that enable intelligent reasoning, perception and understanding of multimodal data.

Responsibilities
- Own one or more key technical areas across LLM, MLLM, CV product portfolio.
- Provide technical leadership to junior scientists, guiding the transition of R&D concepts into impactful Axon product feature.
- Research and develop cutting-edge techniques in LLM, MLLMs, GenAI, and Computer Vision across cloud, devices and sensors based data sources.
- Design and implement efficient and scalable MLLM models for inference and analysis of multimodal data.
- Explore novel approaches to address challenges in NLP, NLU, Object Detection, Object Recognition, Object Tracking, Segmentation, and Scene Understanding.
- Optimize AI models, algorithms for performance, memory footprint, and energy efficiency to meet the requirements of resource-constrained devices.
- Join force with MLEs or firmware or hardware engineers to leverage hardware accelerators and optimize algorithms for specific hardware architectures.
- Evaluate the performance of LLM, MLLM, CV models using real-world datasets and design experiments to validate their effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research trends and advancements in computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning, MLLMs, GenAI and integrate relevant findings into our projects.
- Contribute to patent disclosures, academic publications, and technical documentation to share insights and findings with the broader community.
- Experience coach and mentor junior scientists.
What You Bring
- PhD and with +5 years for ML Scientist, +8 years for Sr. ML Scientist, +10 years for Principal ML Scientist experience in Computer Science or a related field with a focus on LLM, MLLMs, Computer Vision, GenAI.
- Proven track record of research excellence in LLM, MLLM, Computer Vision, Robotics Perception, GenAI, demonstrated through publications in top-tier conferences or journals.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras and experience with ROS or robotic operational system.
- Drive one or more phases of the ML development lifecycle: shape datasets, investigate modeling approaches and architectures, train/evaluate/tune models and implement the end-to-end training pipeline.
- Leverage state-of-the-art research to deliver high quality models enabling multiple AI projects at scale.
- Contribute back to the research community via academic publications, tech blogs, open-source code and contributing to internal/external AI challenges
- Experience in developing computer vision algorithms for resource-constrained devices such as mobile phones, IoT devices, or embedded systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

The Solution Sales Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's Moveworks AI products. These products are built on our market leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth that allows enterprise processes to execute with uniform information.

The Solution Sales Executive supports the strategy and solution win for specialty solution areas depending on engagement model. Responsibilities/ activities can vary by solution area given coverage capacity.
- Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical understanding, account use case targeting and execution
- Provide input to AE during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendation
- Ensure recommendation to territory strategy and account planning is aligned with Now Value principles
- Support customers to envision the value of a digital transformation and support development of strategy by partnering with rest of account team, customer and partners.
- Interlock with SC & Specialist SC on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement and team based on engagement model
- Coach AEs, ADRs, ACE with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify specialty solution opportunities and help manage the sales cycle
- Customize the time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
