TRG Screen are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives on building from scratch and driving measurable pipeline impact within financial services.
As our first dedicated Demand Generation hire, you will own our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy while leading execution across key channels. You will be the architect of a repeatable ABM program that drives pipeline from named accounts, equips our sales team with data-driven enablement, and builds the reporting infrastructure to prove impact. This is a blank canvas role, ideal for someone who loves to build, learn, and make a big impact as part of a small, ambitious team.
Responsibilities
ABM Strategy
• Design and execute tiered ABM programs (1:few and 1:1) targeting 50–100 priority financial services accounts across new logo and whitespace opportunities
• Build quarterly campaign plans driven by intent signals and account data from HubSpot and Salesforce
• Define success metrics and develop "campaigns-in-a-box", including briefs, assets, and playbooks for seamless, sales handoff Hands-On Campaign Execution
• Brief and guide the creation of bespoke landing pages, email sequences, and webinars
• Configure segments and workflows as needed (not full design or build ownership)
• Coordinate geo-targeted plays and joint sales and marketing motions
Reporting & Analytics
• Build dashboards to track ABM engagement signals, meetings booked, opportunities created, and pipeline influence
• Deliver clear reporting that demonstrates program ROI and informs ongoing strategy
Sales Enablement & Customer Marketing
• Leverage Gong insights (with admin access) to identify patterns in objections, wins, and buyer behaviour
• Develop pitch decks and email sequences informed by call data
• Support customer marketing through nurture sequences for at-risk and expansion accounts
• Coordinate ABM plays that bridge sales-qualified leads through to customer retention and upsell
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or digital marketing, with a proven track record of pipeline results in ABM or enterprise account programs
• A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves - you own the plan and execute it
• Sales- credible: confident reviewing call recordings, extracting insights, and translating them into compelling content and sequences
• Hands on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce; familiarity with Gong or a similar conversation intelligence platform
• Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with small, cross-functional teams
• Fully remote-ready with a self-directed working style
• Experience in financial services or data-driven B2B environments is a plus

About the team:
The Business Operations team is the operational backbone of Axiom’s business, responsible for delivering consistent, scalable operating standards across all client engagements —from initial onboarding through the full engagement lifecycle. The team plays a critical role in enabling Axiom’s success by ensuring operational excellence, and delivering on scalable processes and activities directly impacting revenue generation. Primarily based in Belfast, the team supports internal stakeholders, legal talent, and clients globally, acting as a central hub for operational execution.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Act as a first point of contact for inbound operational queries from Clients and Axiom Legal Talent, providing timely and professional responses, in line with standard guidance, policies, and established processes
- Manage and triage incoming requests, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently or routed to the appropriate team
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality service experience across all interactions
Engagement Set-up:
- Ensure engagements are compliant and set-up for success from Day 1
- Ensure all required contracts, documentation, and information are accurately collected, validated, and recorded in internal systems
- Flag discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues
- Ensure all requirements are in place to enable timely and accurate billing, including liaising with Sales and Clients to confirm billing details and vendor setup
- Partner with key stakeholders to implement mid-engagement change requests successfully and in line with process
Onboarding:
- Manage client-specific onboarding requirements to enable Axiom Talent to start engagements on time
- Liaise with Sales, Talent Operations, and other internal teams to coordinate onboarding activities
- Manage onboarding processes involving third-party procurement providers
- Ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and in compliance with internal standards
- Coordinate with Solutions, IT, and other functions to ensure Day 1 readiness
- Manage requests for Axiom-issued equipment (e.g. laptops), including provisioning and return at the end of engagements
Vendor Management and Client Audits:
- Support completion of third-party risk management (TPRM) questionnaires and ongoing reassessments, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other stakeholders as required
- Assist with client audit requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-documented responses
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g. business operations, operational support, administration, customer service, client onboarding, account management) ideally within a professional services firm or service delivery center
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication skills, particularly in responding to queries clearly and efficiently
- Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Minimum 3 days/week in-office
- Note – Occasional working on public holidays will be required, for which time off in lieu will be given.
