Who You Are

• 拥有计算机、数学、统计学、机器学习等相关专业的硕士或博士学位。

• 具有模型优化和推理性能优化的实际经验，了解相关技术和方法。

Additional Strengths

THE ROLE 岗位职责: 

WorldQuant is seeking exceptional individuals to join the firm as a Data Scientist. While prior finance experience is not required, a successful candidate must possess a strong interest in learning about finance and global markets.

• Perform analysis and generate models of financial datasets using machine learning techniques

• Verify the integrity of unstructured data and turn data into potentially valuable insights

WHAT YOU'LL BRING 你需要具备:

• Pursuing a B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. degree from a leading university in related fields (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Big Data)
  正在攻读相关领域的本科、硕士或博士学位（例如电子工程，物理，计算机科学，数学，金融工程, 大数据等）
• Candidates should be graduating in 2025 or 2026
  候选人需于2025年或2026年毕业
• Demonstrated ability of at least one programming language, e.g. C++, python, etc.; familiar with systems like Linux/Unix
  熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如C++、python等； 熟悉Linux/Unix等操作系统
• Research experience in NLP, Deep Learning is a plus
  有自然语言处理、深度学习、人工智能等研究经验者优先
• Good English reading and writing skills
