What You Will Do
As a Lead Analytics Engineer, Finance, you will own and improve core finance analytics workflows that support monthly close, revenue reporting, audit support, and accounting analysis. You will partner closely with Accounting, Revenue, Game Analytics, Platform Analytics, and Engineering to build scalable data processes, investigate issues, and translate finance questions into durable data solutions.

What You Will Do
As an experienced Senior Producer, you will join the Live Operations Team on Monopoly GO! and take ownership of the day-to-day production for LiveOps Tooling and Infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring our Live Game teams have the systems, tools, and pipelines they need to deliver world-class live operations, events, and content at scale. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, design, and operations to streamline workflows, optimize automation, and empower the LiveOps organization to operate with speed and precision.
Lead LiveOps Tooling Roadmap: Execute the vision, priorities, and strategy for LiveOps tools and infrastructure, ensuring they meet the needs of live content, economy, and event teams.
Production Management: Own planning, scheduling, and delivery for tooling initiatives, ensuring timely execution while balancing technical constraints and business priorities.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, product managers, analysts, and LiveOps producers to identify tooling gaps and translate operational requirements into scalable solutions.
Workflow Optimization: Analyze current processes and tooling to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase automation for event configuration, testing, and deployment.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the key communication bridge between Live Game and Live Operations leadership and engineering teams, ensuring transparency, accountability, and clear prioritization.

The role:
You will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining and evolving Proton applications on Windows. This includes not only building the application internals (managing and syncing local and remote state, performing cryptographic operations, etc) but also helping us to build a resilient, scalable application (graceful degradation; log and metrics streams free of personally identifiable information). You will be involved in the entire application lifecycle, including Gitlab configuration, deployments, monitoring and alerting, and operational incident response. While this position is not a "full-stack" position, you will be expected to collaborate with backend engineers to drive any necessary changes and/or new features needed for the Windows experience.

We are seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to develop and maintain the company’s embedded software solutions, working with microcontrollers, RTOS environments, and data-driven tools to support testing, validation, and production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain software for the company’s devices.
• Program ARM microcontrollers in C/C++ within RTOS environments.
• Develop testing tools and test benches using Python.
• Process and analyze test data and results for evaluation and validation.
• Develop reporting systems, real-time visualizations, and dashboards.
• Integrate software with production management tools and systems.
• Implement and manage communication protocols including RF, Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, and UART.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure software quality.
• Manage technical documentation and version control using Git/GitLab, including submodules and collaborative workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience:
• Experience in embedded software development for microcontrollers and RTOS environments.

• Experience developing tools and scripts in Python.
• Experience in data processing and analysis.

💰A base salary of €77,000 - €94,000 + Incentive Awards tied to your performance
📍This role will have a hybrid working model, based in our Barcelona or Madrid office 2 - 3 days a week.
