Overview
At Eversports, our mission is simple: "making sports happen". We do that by giving our partners the tools they need to run and grow their business, and by making sure they never feel alone while doing it. As our new Junior Customer Care Executive, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our DACH partners rely on. Working closely with our Sales, Finance, and Product & Engineering teams, you'll be at the centre of the action from day one.
Work time: Full-time (35h/week, every second Friday off!)
Office: Vienna, Austria
Your Tasks
- Support our existing clients wherever they need us with the kind of support that actually solves things
- Be involved in Customer Care projects and initiatives that keep our partners engaged and our community growing
- Contribute to business intelligence projects by helping keep our database clean, accurate, and reliable
- Own a piece of our online helpdesk, keeping articles up to date, easy to understand, and genuinely useful for those who need them
- Jump in on the daily rhythm of the Customer Care team - from ad hoc tasks like customer imports to whatever the day throws at us
Your Profile
- Native German and fluent English skills; a third language (Dutch, French, Spanish, or Italian) is a plus
- Confident communicator comfortable picking up the phone with a B2B partner and finding solutions, not just closing tickets
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused - you follow through and care about getting things right
- Comfortable with digital tools - Google Workspace, MS Office, and quick to pick up new software
- A genuine interest in sports or wellness - you don't need to be a triathlete, but curiosity about our partners' world goes a long way
- Motivation over pedigree - whether you're a recent graduate, switching direction, or just starting out, we'd rather have someone driven and eager to grow

Overview
Join Eversports as our new Senior Software Developer! Help us revolutionize sports accessibility through our B2C and B2B applications! Develop high-performance features for our platform, drive initiatives, making it easier than ever to find, book, and pay for sports activities whilst contributing towards our mission “Make sports happen!”

Your Tasks
- Develop stable, scalable, and high-performance features and improvements for your team's applications.
- Lead technical discussions, provide solutions, and meet delivery goals.
- Drive modernization, automation, and DX initiatives across teams.
- Collaborate with tech leads and engineers to select optimal architectures.
- Discuss user insights with the Product Manager and Designer for impactful solutions.
- Enhance code quality through pair programming and code reviews.
- Use automated testing to boost platform stability and adaptability.
- Stay current with tech trends to find innovative solutions.
- Contribute your experience and enthusiasm to foster a supportive, team-first environment
Your Profile
- 8+ years of experience developing web applications in mid- or large-scale production systems using a major programming language
- Experience developing web applications with Node.js and TypeScript
- Experiences with relational databases like MySQL or Postgres
- Experiences with at least one modern frontend technology (e.g. React, Vue.js, Angular)
- Experience in legacy system modernization and domain modeling
- Interest in utilizing distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Interest in utilizing cloud services on AWS
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English

Your mission
Join our Group Risk Management Team as a Financial Risk Manager, focusing on the identification, assessment, and monitoring of credit, liquidity, and market risk. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of Traditional Finance (TradFi) and digital assets, acting as the primary risk owner for our Real Stocks and Commodities products, and leading the risk oversight for future securities-related launches.
Reporting to the FRM Lead, you will be responsible for operating and optimizing Bitpanda’s Financial Risk Management (FRM) models. You will use your quantitative background and traditional market expertise to provide data-driven risk assessments, acting as a key advisor to our business and trading operations.
What you'll do
- Serve as the dedicated risk owner for TradFi asset classes, specifically Real Stocks, ETFs, and Commodities.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize FRM models to establish risk limits and monitor global exposure across our multi-asset platform.
- Analyze and mitigate complex cross-asset risks, including the management of liquidity drag between T+2 TradFi settlement cycles and 24/7 crypto operations.
- Advise product and business owners on risk identification and mitigation strategies, providing the quantitative analysis required for executive-level decision-making.
- Act as the main point of contact for Bitpanda’s operational teams and trading desk, ensuring risk frameworks are integrated efficiently alongside fast-paced product delivery.
Who you are
- Strong professional background in traditional financial markets (Stocks, ETFs, Commodities), with a clear understanding of market structures, settlement cycles, and traditional risk dynamics.
- Advanced Python programming skills for developing and maintaining risk models, paired with a working knowledge of SQL for data manipulation.
- Previous experience in risk management within a brokerage, investment bank, or scaling fintech, with a core focus on market, credit, or liquidity risk.
- Direct experience building or managing risk frameworks for Margin Trading or leveraged stock products is highly desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and take end-to-end ownership of complex quantitative tasks.
