Job Description and Responsibilities:

The Study Coordinator provides critical operational and project management support to the Study Director in GLP-regulated preclinical studies for Neuralink devices. This role handles the majority of day-to-day coordination, scheduling, data compilation, and administrative tasks, enabling the Study Director to focus on scientific oversight, data interpretation, and regulatory compliance. The Study Coordinator acts as a key liaison across the preclinical team, technical staff, and cross-functional groups to ensure studies progress smoothly, on time, and in compliance with protocols and SOPs. The Study Coordinator will:

• Support the Study Director in developing study protocols, amendments, and related documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication, establish and track study timelines, and prepare/lead study milestone meetings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree  in biology, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, animal science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in preclinical research support, study coordination, or project management (academic experience applies).
• Solid understanding of GLP regulations (21 CFR Part 58), basic knowledge of ISO 10993, and familiarity with in vivo animal studies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in data compilation, documentation, and Microsoft Office (or equivalent) tools.
• Experience working in or supporting animal research facilities with IACUC protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree  in biology, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, animal science, or a related field.
• Direct experience with neural device implantation studies or neurosurgical models.
• Background in a CRO or medical device preclinical setting.

Senior Scientist, Assay Research 

At Pattern Bioscience, we’re tackling antibiotic resistance, one of the biggest public health challenges of our time. Our platform combines machine learning with single‑cell digitization to identify pathogens and predict drug responses in hours instead of days. Integra FEC (Financial Economic Consulting) is a litigation and economic consulting firm that exists to restore integrity to the financial system through forensic data analytics. We work with government agencies and law firms in their efforts to combat a wide array of financial fraud, in areas ranging from securities to healthcare to crypto assets. We are looking for strong candidates with quantitative and financial backgrounds and a natural curiosity to learn to join our team and help tackle complex projects by efficiently analyzing data. 

Main responsibilities include:

• Plan, develop, and take ownership in data-intensive investigations related to financial fraud
• Write scripts to retrieve and organize data; parse free-form text fields, images, and spreadsheets to derive insights
• Construct and analyze large datasets to find fraudulent patterns; develop quantitative and empirical methods to analyze potentially fraudulent conduct
• Summarize and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences, through long-form reports, charts and slides
• Anticipated to grow toward managing projects and communicating with clients

Job Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Background in statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, data science, accounting, finance, economics, or other quantitative field
• Demonstrated experience with R, Python, and/or SQL

You will be a foundational member of our AI team, responsible for designing, building, and deploying sophisticated models that solve complex business problems. You aren't just an expert in XGBoost or Transformers; you are an expert in building the pipelines that make these models reliable, scalable, and impactful.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• End-to-End Model Development: Design and implement the full ML lifecycle—from exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to model selection, tuning, and validation.
• GCP Architecture: Leverage the full Google Cloud AI suite (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub) to build robust, cloud-native ML solutions.
• MLOps & Engineering: Implement CI/CD for machine learning (CT - Continuous Training) to ensure models remain performant in production environments.
• Strategic Leadership: Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business challenges into technical roadmaps. Mentor junior scientists and advocate for best practices in code quality and experiment tracking.
• Look for opportunities to embed AI as a repeatable co-pilot in daily workflows by integrating experimentation into real work, and continuously refining its use with sound judgment and validation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 5+ years in a professional Data Science role with a track record of deploying models at scale.
• Proficiency in Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Looker. Experience with Kubeflow is a major plus.
• Expert-level Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow), Spark, and advanced SQL.
• Deep understanding of statistics and ML theory (e.g., Gradient Descent, Bias-Variance tradeoff, Bayesian inference).
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, specifically using dbt.
• A strong curiosity for exploring new technologies, including AI

HOW YOU’LL BE COMPENSATED

onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $126,000 to $149,000 upon hire. The pay range will vary based on experience, skills, certifications, and education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, full-time onX employees are eligible for a grant of common share options with a vesting schedule and a potential annual bonus of 10% based on company performance.
