The Team + The Role

Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. Customer Engineering helps customers connect technical execution to business outcomes and realize the value of their investment in Pendo.

As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Your impact extends beyond your own accounts through playbooks, coaching, repeatable fixes, and workflow improvements that raise the capability of the broader Customer Engineering team.

This is a remote role supporting a central region.

What this looks like day-to-day

• New customer acquisition and selling: Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions for new customer acquisition, product expansion, and expansion across lines of business. You identify customer pain, craft and deliver tailored demos, and lead technical evaluations through requirements gathering, success criteria, installation guidance, and hands-on workshops.
• Complex implementations and value realization: Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, integrations, and training. You build customer-specific implementation playbooks, guide complex deployments with executive visibility, and ensure customers realize value during onboarding and over time.
• Adoption, expansion, and growth: Identify opportunities to expand adoption across underutilized features, untapped products, and new lines of business. When adoption stalls, you diagnose root causes, design a path forward, and connect technical work to measurable business outcomes.
• Technical escalation: Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges raised by other Customer Engineers. You resolve ambiguous problems with multiple variables and tradeoffs, involving Product or Engineering only when truly needed.
• Team capability building: Build playbooks, document repeatable fixes, coach peers, and improve how Customer Engineering work gets done across the team. You use AI tools to accelerate content creation, surface patterns across accounts, and share practical workflow findings with the broader team.
• Early account impact: Assess account health, risks, stakeholder relationships, and the highest-priority problems to solve within your portfolio. You establish trust with Account Directors and customer stakeholders, then independently lead complex customer interactions that move accounts forward.
• Quarterly business outcomes: Drive measurable improvement in customer health, retention, expansion, and technical resolution across strategic accounts. You contribute reusable frameworks, playbooks, or processes that other Customer Engineers use and become a trusted advisor to Account Directors on account health and technical strategy.

Must-haves

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Engineering, implementation, professional services, or solutions architecture.
• Deep hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs, with the ability to architect and troubleshoot complex front-end implementations.
• Proven experience managing strategic accounts with executive-level stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex technical or business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems involving multiple variables, constraints, and tradeoffs.
• Experience connecting technical execution to business outcomes such as retention, expansion, ROI, and value realization.

Compensation: The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,393 - $241,742, with a 70/30 base-to-variable compensation split.

Staff Systems Design Engineer (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite per week) 

Overview:

Lead the evolution of Weedmaps' design system through an incredible period of opportunity. We’re looking for a transformative and visionary designer, with exceptional taste and craft, to collaborate in leading efforts to modernize the Weedmaps customer experience. 

This role unifies design and code at the intersection of Design, Engineering, and AI tooling, to evolve, operationalize, and scale the system while modernizing it and transforming it. What you've accomplished:

• 7+ years in front-end, design, or creative engineering, with strong mobile focus (iOS/Android).
• Proven track record building and scaling design systems and component libraries across multiple teams/products.
• Knowledge of React (Web) and React Native, and modern front-end architecture.
• Deep understanding of design craft (typography, motion, interaction, visual systems).

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Firmware Engineer with an interest in developing software for Battery Management Systems (BMS), robot communications, and sensing in robotic systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, optimization, and testing of BMS firmware, robot communication systems, and real-time feedback control systems. You will also support hardware bring-up activities, develop and execute Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) tests, and contribute to system integration, validation, and debugging as embedded devices come online.

These embedded systems are core components that enable robots, including humanoids and mobile manipulators, to perform meaningful work across a wide range of applications.

COMPENSATION

onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $146,000 to $182,000 upon hire. The pay range will vary based on experience, skills, certifications, and education among other factors as required in the job description. The pay range for this position in Toronto at the start of employment is expected to be between $114,300 and $164,300 per Year. THE CHALLENGE

As the Manager of the Technical Operations Center (TOC), you will lead Take-Two's Austin-based and international TOC teams, serving as the primary responders for our global infrastructure. WHAT YOU’LL TAKE ON

• Oversee Take-Two’s global Technical Operations Center (TOC) staff, including front-line first-responder, senior, and site reliability engineers, ensuring 24x7 availability and performance of critical business services.
• Direct first response and triage efforts for the global infrastructure footprint, encompassing self-hosted compute, storage, network, critical business services, and public cloud infrastructure.
• Lead the consolidation and streamlining of TOC/NOC staff into regional centers, aligning resources for function and location.

The Senior Product Security Engineer will be responsible for securing Navan products, by identifying risks early in the SDLC and developing application security tooling & processes to promote a ‘shift left’ security culture. As a Software Engineer – Robotic Applications, you will help strengthen and extend our core robotics platform, from task management and behavior orchestration to motion planning, localization, and controls. Working closely with our Embodied AI team, you will deploy, integrate, and evaluate autonomy models on real robots operating in hospitals. This work will include one of the first production-scale deployments of Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models and AI-generated manipulation behaviors, bringing the latest advances in embodied AI into real-world operation.

Your work will directly impact how robots behave in the real world, helping us continuously improve the reliability, robustness, and usefulness of autonomy in complex human environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain core robotics platform subsystems (task management, behavior systems, planning, localization, control)
• Collaborate with Embodied AI partners to deploy, evaluate, and iterate on autonomy models in real robotic applications
• Integrate emerging components (e.g., world models) into production robotic workflows with a focus on reliability and observability
• Build test harnesses, regression coverage, and debugging tools to ensure high confidence releases and fast iteration cycles
• Contribute to architecture decisions that improve modularity, testability, and long-term maintainability of the robotics stack
• Mentor teammates and raise the bar on engineering quality, reliability, and operational excellence

Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or other complex cyber physical systems
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Python
• Core robotics expertise in at least one major domain (e.g., planning, localization, controls, behavior systems, task execution)
• Experience shipping software on real robots and debugging issues that emerge in unstructured, real-world environments
• Strong systems thinking and comfort working across interfaces between autonomy, platform infrastructure, and operational needs
• Excellent cross functional communication skills and a bias toward pragmatic solutions

As a Senior Software Engineer – Simulation / Support, you will accelerate the effectiveness of our engineering organization. This hybrid role spans developer tooling, software support and triage, and simulation infrastructure. You will help engineers build better software, faster, while strengthening the reliability and debuggability of our robotics stack in production.

You will develop state-of-the-art infrastructure to test and validate Physical AI models, and help bridge the gap between simulation and reality by improving synthetic data and scenario generation with real-world data from our growing fleet of operational robots.

Responsibilities

• Design and build tools that improve productivity and debugging across the robotics software stack
• Develop and maintain simulation infrastructure used for testing autonomy, navigation, perception, manipulation and system level behaviors
• Partner with autonomy, perception, platform, and infrastructure teams to integrate simulation into CI pipelines and validation workflows
• Create reproducible test harnesses and simulation scenarios that mirror real world operational edge cases found in our customer environments
• Support release readiness by strengthening automated validation, regression testing, and scenario based simulation coverage
• Contribute to architecture decisions that improve modularity, testability, and long term maintainability of the codebase
• Evaluate and integrate third party simulation frameworks or build custom simulation tooling as needed
• Mentor engineers on best practices in testing, debugging, observability, and system design

Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or other complex cyber physical systems
• Strong proficiency in C++ and/or Python
• Experience with robotic middleware such as ROS or similar distributed systems frameworks
• Experience developing or extending simulation environments, such as Gazebo, Isaac Sim, Mujoco, or custom in house engines
• Experience debugging distributed systems and working with real world hardware
• Strong understanding of software architecture, systems design, and scalable tooling
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and automated testing frameworks
• Comfort working across the stack, from low level systems to higher level autonomy behaviors
• Excellent cross functional communication skills and a bias toward pragmatic solution
