About the Role

We are looking for a top-notch Sr. Computational Linguist who is passionate about using language data and modeling to help our users connect effortlessly to Roku content and functionality.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyze data from our users around the world and incorporate your insights into our products.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $174,000 - $250,000 USD.

We are seeking a Storage Architect to design, evaluate, and optimize the high-performance storage architectures powering our AI data centers. RESPONSIBILITIES

The AI Implementation Lead is the Data Team's hands-on builder, deploying AI solutions where Data Team work meets the business. The ideas are coming faster than the implementation; this role exists to close that gap. The work spans agents, plug-ins, applications, integrations, and whatever form the use case calls for. Role Description

This is a high-autonomy, high-agency position for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and wants to ship AI products that directly impact cancer care. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and design, working across all three modalities to ship products to customers. Your work will span two critical domains:

1. AI Products for Providers 

Design and ship AI-powered experiences for oncologists and clinical teams. This includes exploring conversational AI experiences, building agent-based workflows that help providers navigate managing patient care, and bringing new clinical AI products to market. You'll spend meaningful time with customers to deeply understand their workflows and uncover where AI can create transformative value.

2. Commercializing Natera's AI Foundation Models

You'll be the bridge between Natera's AI research lab and the launched product. Our team has developed proprietary models that need to be brought to market and into the hands of clinicians. About the Role

As a Technical Deployment Lead on the Claude Agentic Solutions team, you will lead the delivery of custom AI agent solutions for enterprise customers in highly regulated industries. You'll own high-value engagements where we collaborate directly with customers to build and deploy agents into their most critical business processes.

This is a founding team: you will help us to build technical playbooks and define the processes and repeatable patterns needed for us to scale this emerging motion. You will champion our mission in the field, ensure world class delivery, and bring insights back to our product and research teams on a regular basis.

You'll own engagements end-to-end, from SOW through production deployment. SENIOR AI ENGINEER

We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of our cloud-based (Google Cloud), commercial AI products. You will bridge the gap between experimental data science prototypes and production-grade software. You will architect the robust systems and LLMOps workflows necessary to transform AI models into reliable, enterprise-ready applications. By designing stable backend architectures and seamless integration layers, you will ensure our AI solutions are not just functional, but ethical, efficient, and high-value products that meet the rigorous demands of our commercial clients.

What experience should you have:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML application development.
• Expert proficiency in Python AI application development and modern API architecture (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) using enterprise standards like static type checking and data validation.
• Deep experience building production applications with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or LlamaIndex.

What you’ll be doing in this role:

• Lead the implementation of rigorous evaluation frameworks to monitor model performance, drift, and cost in real-time.

Product & AI Data Infrastructure This team builds and owns the foundational data pipelines that power product analytics across Airtable. As Airtable shifts to an AI-native platform, our work increasingly involves instrumenting and measuring AI product usage, building event pipelines for AI agents, surfacing AI-native adoption metrics in core business tables, and developing AI-powered data discovery tooling, including vector search over our catalog metadata. We partner closely with product analytics, product engineering, and data infrastructure to turn business questions into well-modeled, trustworthy data.

GTM & Business Data Engineering This team owns the datasets that power go-to-market and business operations at Airtable. We build and govern the business critical pipelines and core tables used to report AI usage metrics across the company, create and maintain data models that support RevOps, Marketing, and BizTech stakeholders, and increasingly leverage AI tools, including writing Claude skills and incorporating AI context guidance, to accelerate and enhance our day-to-day pipeline work. • Work across our engineering organization and stakeholders from data science, growth, sales, marketing, and product to understand the data needs of the business and produce pipelines, data marts, and other solutions that enable better decision-making.

About The Role

As a Principal Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at Invisible, you'll lead high-impact, AI-powered solutions that reshape how our clients operate their most critical workflows. You won’t just build and deploy — you’ll drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of end-to-end systems, working directly with client.

We’re looking for a Capital Solutions Manager to join our team and serve as the bridge between our clients and our engineering organization. You’ll take ownership of live client portfolios across Data OS and Insight OS, our data management and analytics platforms.

• Own the accuracy of Setpoint’s data layer across your assigned portfolio. Lead data quality assessments on incoming loan tapes and client deliverables — identifying anomalies, missing fields, and population gaps before they reach production. 
• Supervise offshore implementation resources. Directly manage a team of offshore analysts supporting data ingestion, validation, and reporting workflows. Set priorities, review work product, and ensure delivery standards are met.
• Leverage AI-powered workflows and internal tooling. Use and help refine our internal AI-assisted deal workflows — from automated data quality checks to metric design and schema mapping — to accelerate delivery and improve consistency across client portfolios.

You should have

• 3–6 years in private credit, asset-backed lending, or structured finance. You’ve worked with loan tapes, servicer reports, borrowing base certificates, or compliance packages — not just in theory, but hands-on. Experience across multiple asset classes (consumer, auto, fund finance, CRE) is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated client management experience. You’ve owned client relationships — running calls, managing expectations, resolving issues — in a professional services, advisory, or platform context. You’re comfortable being the face of the company to institutional investors and lenders.
• Strong analytical and data skills. Expert-level Excel is baseline. Comfort with SQL, Python, data pipelines, or business intelligence tools (Metabase, Tableau, etc.) is highly valued. You don’t need to write production code, but you should be able to read a data schema, trace a metric back to its source field, and spot when something doesn’t add up.
• Experience writing technical specifications or engineering handoff documents. You’ve translated business requirements into structured artifacts — field mappings, data dictionaries, logic definitions, or acceptance criteria — that a technical team can execute against.
• Comfort with AI/LLM tooling and automation. You don’t need to be an AI engineer, but you should be excited about using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate data analysis, quality checks, and specification writing. Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI copilot tools is a plus.
• Team supervision experience. You’ve managed or coordinated the work of junior analysts, offshore teams, or cross-functional workstreams. You can set priorities, review deliverables, and maintain quality without micromanaging.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments. You can take a vague client request, figure out what’s actually needed, scope the work, and deliver — without someone laying out every step. You handle tight timelines and competing priorities without losing quality.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI solutions by bridging our Salesforce CRM ecosystem with AWS cloud infrastructure. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for architecting scalable Generative AI applications that enhance customer engagement, automate complex workflows, and unlock predictive insights.

You will serve as the technical authority on how Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein Trust Layer, and Amazon Bedrock interact, ensuring our AI solutions are secure, scalable, and impactful. You will move beyond simple integrations to build robust "Bring Your Own Model" (BYOM) architectures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

AI Strategy & Architecture (40%)

• Define the end-to-end architecture for Generative AI solutions, integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.

• Design "Bring Your Own Model" (BYOM) patterns, allowing Salesforce to securely access Foundational Models (FMs) hosted on AWS (e.g., Claude, Titan, Llama 2) via Bedrock.

• Architect the data ingestion and grounding strategies (RAG - Retrieval Augmented Generation) to ensure AI models have access to real-time, unified customer profiles from Data Cloud.

• Establish the governance framework for AI, ensuring compliance with the Einstein Trust Layer regarding data privacy, zero-data retention policies, and PII masking.

Implementation & Development (30%)

• Lead the technical implementation of Model Builder and Prompt Builder within Salesforce, connecting them to external AWS endpoints.

• Configure Amazon Bedrock agents and knowledge bases to execute complex tasks and retrieve proprietary data for Salesforce users.

• Develop serverless middleware using AWS Lambda and API Gateway to facilitate low-latency communication between Salesforce Flow/Apex and AWS inference endpoints.

• Oversee the fine-tuning of models on AWS SageMaker when out-of-the-box Bedrock models require domain-specific adaptation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)

• Partner with Data Engineers to ensure Salesforce Data Cloud is correctly ingesting, harmonizing, and activating data streams from S3, Redshift, and other sources.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to embed AI outputs directly into the flow of work (Service Console, Sales Cloud LWC, etc.).

• Act as the subject matter expert for Product Managers, translating "AI buzzwords" into viable technical roadmaps and realistic deliverables.

Optimization & Innovation (10%)

• Monitor LLM performance, latency, and token costs; implement caching strategies and model selection logic to optimize spend.

• Stay ahead of the rapid evolution in the Salesforce/AWS partnership, evaluating new features like Zero Copy Data Sharing and Vector Databases.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Technical Skills:

• AWS AI/ML Stack: Deep expertise in Amazon Bedrock is mandatory. Experience configuring Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Agents, and Guardrails. Proficiency with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and IAM for secure cross-cloud access.

• Salesforce AI Stack: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein 1 Platform, and the setup of Model Builder/Prompt Builder.

• Architecture: Experience designing RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures and Vector Database integrations (e.g., OpenSearch Serverless or Pinecone).

• Integration: Expert-level knowledge of REST/gRPC APIs, OAuth flows, and named credentials for secure Salesforce-to-AWS connectivity.

• Programming: Proficiency in Python (for AWS Lambda/Boto3) and familiarity with Apex (for Salesforce triggers/callouts).

Experience:

Role Overview

As the Director of Data & AI Governance, you will establish and lead enterprise-wide data management programs that ensure safe, compliant, high-quality data and AI. You will oversee Data Governance, AI Governance,  and Data + AI Stewardship, serving as the central authority on policies, forums, and controls across R&D, Lab Operations, Commercial, and SG&A domains. You will lead the Data & AI Governance Council through advocacy and a well thought data management strategy.

This role goes beyond policies into technical governance — it requires experience of how to build frameworks, deploy controls in code, and integrate governance into engineering delivery. • Build and execute agentic automation processes and associated guardrails to enable business process automation

AI Change Management & Vendor Governance

• Lead AI change management initiatives, including training programs, awareness campaigns, and a network of governance champions to drive adoption of best practices.

• Partner with Corporate Communications to cascade governance updates, AI guardrails, and usage guidelines across all levels of the organization.

• Develop and enforce vendor and third-party AI evaluation frameworks, assessing external AI tools for governance, data security, model risk, and compliance posture before integration.

• Track and manage vendor AI risks through standardized assessments, approvals, and monitoring processes.

Qualifications

Required:

• 15+ years in Data or AI governance with at least 7+ in leadership roles.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Proven track record of building and leading enterprise-wide governance programs, councils, and stewardship networks that span both data governance (catalogs, lineage, quality) and AI/ML governance (model risk, bias/fairness, explainability, monitoring).

• Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks impacting AI: HIPAA, CLIA, FDA, GDPR, and regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, Japan AI Promotion Act).

• Experience with LLM/GenAI governance implementation as per common regulatory frameworks: prompt logging, bias testing, guardrails, explainability.

• Experience in vendor AI/ML evaluation and governance, including due diligence of third-party AI/ML tools and platforms.

Preferred:

• Certifications in data governance, privacy, or risk management (DAMA CDMP, CIPP, CRISC)

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, AI/ML, engineering or related field.

• Experience driving AI change management and building a culture of responsible AI adoption (training, awareness, champion networks).

• Proven experience embedding governance in code (pipelines, registries, CI/CD).

The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff for our Managing Director of AI—someone who combines strategic vision in AI with hands-on execution and technological know-how. You'll be both a force-multiplier and a transformation architect: designing AI-enabled processes, building automated engines that run independently, leading organizational rollouts, and ensuring crisp execution across our AI solutions practice.

This role goes beyond traditional Chief of Staff responsibilities. You'll design processes that leverage AI, build repeatable systems that scale, and lead entire client transformations from discovery to sustained adoption. You have the potential to grow into leading organizational-level AI implementations as the practice expands.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Executive Leadership

• Partner with the Managing Director of AI and the executive team to translate priorities into sequenced plans, resourcing, and measurable outcomes
• Lead Human Agency's AI transformation methodology: define offerings, build repeatable frameworks, and establish best practices for AI-enabled workflows
• Design end-to-end processes that embed AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, knowledge assistants) into client workflows and internal operations
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business cases, use cases, and implementation roadmaps for executive audiences
• Produce high-quality executive materials (briefings, roadmaps, decision memos) that drive alignment and decisions
• Identify where AI creates leverage across client engagements and surface strategic opportunities to leadership

AI Process Design & Automated Engines

• Design and build AI-powered systems that operate independently with minimal ongoing intervention—automated engines that scale beyond individual engagements
• Create repeatable processes for AI implementation: discovery frameworks, solution architectures, evaluation routines, and governance models
• Design prompts, playbooks, and knowledge bases optimized for reliability, consistency, and reusability across multiple clients
• Implement lightweight automation using no/low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable) integrated with AI capabilities
• Establish monitoring and feedback loops that enable self-correcting, continuously improving systems
• Document patterns and best practices that can be deployed at scale

Client Service Delivery & Organizational Rollouts

• Own end-to-end delivery on multiple client engagements involving AI-enabled solutions (e.g., knowledge assistants, workflow automations, content summarization, research copilots), from discovery through launch and sustained adoption
• Lead company-wide and client-wide AI adoption initiatives—managing stakeholder alignment, training, governance, and measurement across entire organizations
• Run comprehensive discovery to surface use cases, success metrics, risks, change-management needs, and technical requirements; translate findings into scopes, timelines, and clear acceptance criteria
• Coordinate solution build-outs with internal teammates and external partners: data/connectivity needs, tool selection, integration planning, prompt engineering, and rollout choreography
• Design change-management approaches that address skill gaps, cultural resistance, workflow disruption, and organizational readiness
• Partner with client leadership to sequence rollout phases, manage dependencies, and demonstrate ROI

Quality, Governance & Evaluation

• Set lightweight evaluation routines: accuracy metrics, latency benchmarks, cost tracking, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement cycles
• Establish prompt/playbook management, basic safety/guardrail checks, and UAT plans
• Build governance frameworks that enable responsible, scalable AI adoption across organizations
• Implement monitoring systems that track performance, usage, and business impact

Stakeholder Management & Enablement

• Lead standing client check-ins, executive presentations, demo readiness, decision logs, and release notes, presenting succinct options and recommendations
• Create comprehensive enablement materials: user guides, FAQs, training programs, and governance playbooks that empower client teams to operate AI systems independently
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication, anticipation of needs, and consistent delivery quality
• Present to executive audiences with clarity and confidence, addressing concerns about accuracy, security, and adoption

Operations & Project Management

• Design and continuously improve the operating system for AI work: intake → triage → prioritization → delivery → QA → launch → measurement
• Manage staffing assignments and subcontractor contributions across concurrent workstreams; keep tools current (Asana/Notion, Google Workspace, Slack)
• Budget & scope control: track time against SOWs, flag changes early, manage vendors, and ensure on-budget delivery with clear documentation
• Establish shared dashboards for delivery health (timeline, risk, burn, dependency status) and run tight meeting cadences

Communications & Reporting

• Prepare agendas, briefings, and executive-ready presentations; synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Provide clear, timely reporting to the Managing Director of AI and stakeholders on progress, risks, and decisions
• Contribute to Human Agency's AI thought leadership through documentation of best practices, case studies, and insights

Who You Are

Experience & Skills

• 5-7+ years in operations, client services, product/program/project management, strategic support, consulting, or transformation roles with direct ownership of client-facing delivery
• Demonstrated success leading multi-stakeholder projects and organizational change initiatives end-to-end (scope, timelines, budgets, risk, and change management)
• Deep AI fluency: hands-on experience implementing LLM-enabled solutions, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and knowledge management systems; can shape prompts/playbooks, evaluate quality, and choose appropriate tools or vendors
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, when to use AI, how to design for reliability, and how to manage risks responsibly
• Proven ability to design repeatable processes and systems that scale beyond individual projects
• Experience with no/low-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier/n8n), knowledge bases, and modern AI tooling
• High proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, Slack, and comfort with modern web and content tools; experience preparing polished executive documents and presentations
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences
• Bonus: Experience leading organizational-level technology rollouts, background in management consulting, familiarity with responsible AI considerations (privacy, data handling, consent, bias mitigation), or experience in AI/ML product development

Job Overview: Sustainment is scaling fast and our engineering team has grown significantly and our delivery surface spans commercial SaaS product development and government-funded R&D programs. We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to own the operational backbone of engineering delivery: process enforcement, cross-functional coordination, sprint execution, release management, and government program tracking.

You'll work closely with key stakeholders and act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, design, and QA. You'll own our delivery process end-to-end, facilitate ceremonies, enforce stage gates, and ensure commitments are protected. You'll also track milestones and deadlines for government-funded programs to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

This role requires someone who can earn credibility with engineers, partner effectively with product leadership, and maintain process integrity.

Responsibilities: 

Engineering Delivery

• Enforce the product-to-engineering delivery process and stage gates from discovery through deployment, partnering with engineering leadership on process design and continuous improvement
• Manage change control: ensure scope changes after commitment go back through the defined review process so delivery timelines stay reliable
• Ensure stories entering sprints meet "Ready" criteria with complete descriptions, acceptance criteria, and designs 
• Facilitate sprint planning, grooming, retros, and sprint reviews
• Drive cross-team dependency tracking across engineering, data science, and infrastructure
• Own release coordination including QA sign-off, staging validation, and deployment readiness
• Track and report sprint metrics, cycle time, velocity, blocked tickets, and delivery health
• Attend and/or run operational standups and cross-functional syncs
• Work with product and other key stakeholders to improve delivery predictability, enabling more accurate customer commitments and roadmap planning
• Ensure product and key stakeholders has clear visibility into engineering capacity, active work, and upcoming availability

Government Program Tracking

• Track milestones and deliverable deadlines for government-funded initiatives (SBIRs, OTAs, contracts, pilots)
• Maintain reporting cadence and flag at-risk deliverables before deadlines
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure work stays aligned with contract timelines
• Support preparation of status updates and program reviews as needed

Stakeholder Communication

• Produce daily/weekly sprint reports for engineering leadership and executives
• Translate technical status into business impact for non-technical stakeholders
• Proactively communicate risks, timeline changes, and trade-offs with context and recommendations

Qualifications: 

• 4+ years in Technical Program/Project Management within a software development organization
• Experience managing scope and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope boundaries and facilitate alignment across engineering and product leadership
• Experience producing sprint metrics, velocity reports, and delivery forecasts
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B SaaS
• Understanding of AI/ML systems and LLM-based applications
