Job Summary
The Electrical Instructor is responsible for the design, delivery, coordination, and evaluation of electrical training programs in one or more states (AZ, CO, IA, MT, WY currently). You will play a key role in developing Loenbro’s craft workforce by delivering high-quality training, coaching, and technical development to apprentices and field professionals. This position prefers you have proficiency in both English and Latin American Spanish to meet the needs of a diverse workforce. In your role, you will apply your advanced electrical knowledge, professional judgment, curriculum planning, and independent decision-making to support Loenbro’s apprenticeship programs and workforce development strategy. The Bilingual Electrical Instructor will deliver technical instruction in both English and Latin American Spanish, oversees multi-state apprentice cohorts, evaluates employee performance, and ensures training programs meet internal and regulatory standards. This role functions as a subject matter expert, owns key training processes, and provides guidance that influences hiring, promotion, and progression decisions
