Rocket Lab’s Supply Chain team is responsible for the flow of all materials, products, and components through the business. With many of our own products functioning as critical components to our own and our customers’ missions, the Supply Chain team has a direct impact on the success of our rocket and satellite programs. They set up the assembly kits that enables our technicians to put together our Electron rockets, manage inventory, look after shipping and receiving, manage direct and indirect procurement, and inspect and ensure that all of our materials and products are compliant and up to standard. The Marketplace Strategy & Operations team at DoorDash is responsible for accelerating Marketplace growth, consumer engagement and retention. Using a customer-obsessed approach, we own market strategy, consumer affordability, the end-to-end DoorDash app experience and new value propositions. We are looking for a hands-on builder to optimise how consumers interact with merchants and develop strategies that drive frequency and loyalty.
We are hiring an Associate Manager to lead the NZ marketplace strategy and to drive consumer growth in a way that keeps customers coming back. Your work will shape how consumers discover and engage with DoorDash—across merchandising, in-app experience, pricing and partnerships. As this role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics and cross-functional execution - you will closely partner with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing across the Restaurant and New Verticals business lines.
A core part of the role is leveraging metrics to guide decision-making. You will analyse performance across key levers such as conversion, retention, frequency, and category adoption, translating insights into clear priorities and action plans. You will also contribute to go-to-market and expansion strategies, using data to determine which areas to prioritise and how to scale them effectively.
You will own and optimise critical aspects of the in-app experience—from how consumers discover merchants and offerings, to how merchandising is executed across the platform. Your Role

As a Teletriage Registered Nurse, you will provide telephone and messenger based screenings to evaluate the medical and mental health concerns of our members. You will assess member conditions, prioritise care, make appropriate referrals, and perform critical follow-ups.
Operating under the guidance of our Medical Director and Clinical Leadership team, you will play a key role in our 24/7 support centre. We are seeking compassionate and experienced nurses to support our members. You’ll be required to work across a 24/ 7 rotating roster.
The ideal candidate will enjoy finding innovative solutions to complex problems and be a strong team player with excellent communication and assessment skills.
This role requires you to be based in Auckland, with most shifts require in-office attendance. Flexibility to work from home during unsocial hours (weekends and evenings) is available once you have completed your initial training and demonstrated competence in your role.
What you’ll be doing
Conduct telephone and chat-based screenings to assess medical and mental health concerns.

Coordinate with mental health services, emergency services, and other healthcare facilities as needed.

About the role
As a Counsellor, you will provide short-term, solution-focused therapy to our members within a stepped care model. You will work with diverse individuals across various age groups and cultural backgrounds, supporting them with mental health challenges through online counselling sessions.
This role involves delivering six counselling sessions per day, helping members develop self-management strategies and achieve positive mental health outcomes. You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team, with access to monthly supervision and escalation pathways when needed.

About The Role

About the role
As a Teletriage Registered Nurse, you will provide telephone and messenger based screenings to evaluate the medical and mental health concerns of our members. You will assess member conditions, prioritise care, make appropriate referrals, and perform critical follow-ups.
Operating under the guidance of our Medical Director and Clinical Leadership team, you will play a key role in our 24/7 support centre. We are seeking compassionate and experienced nurses to support our members. You’ll be required to work across a 24/ 7 rotating roster.
The ideal candidate will enjoy finding innovative solutions to complex problems and be a strong team player with excellent communication and assessment skills.
This role requires you to be based in Auckland, with most shifts requiring in-office attendance. Flexibility to work from home during unsocial hours (weekends and evenings) is available once you have completed your initial training and demonstrated competence in your role.
