Staff Full Stack Engineer
Airia, LLC seeks a Staff Full Stack Engineer in Alpharetta (Atlanta), Georgia.
Job duties:
- Collaborate on the design and development of modern and user-friendly AI solutions and mobile applications.
- Utilize front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) to create engaging user interfaces.
- Develop server-side logic using back-end technologies like C# or Java.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
- Ensure the security and privacy of healthcare data through effective implementation of best practices.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and address software issues.
- Customize software solutions to optimize operational solutions after analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine design feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements and updates.
- Apply knowledge of engineering principles, best practices, and technologies to the design, development, testing and production of various Airia products.
Part-time telecommuting permitted within the Atlanta, GA MSA, with in-office requirement (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related Engineering field.
- Must have 10 (ten) years of software development experience in a full stack engineering role supporting enterprise business-to-business web applications.
- Must have 5 years of experience with (1) back-end development using C# and (2) scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell or Azure CLI .
- Must have experience with:
- Front-end technologies (HTML5 or CSS or JavaScript)
- Collecting large amounts of data from mobile devices.
- Designing and implementing scalable and resilient architectures.
- Linux and cloud environments, such as Microsoft Azure.
- Working with secure data such as HIPAA or other sensitive information.
- Staff level Microsoft ASP.NET Core skill
- Postgres SQL database

About Your Role
In your role as a Senior Software Engineer you will work with others to design, develop, and implement any changes, bug fixes, and new features to our web application QGenda.com. We're looking for engineers who thrive in scrum environments. We value collaborative architecture discussions, continuous integration, and ensuring quality through unit and functional testing. Our engineers solve challenging problems ranging from automating complex schedules to developing optimized user interfaces for visualizing schedules.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Work on a Scrum team and participate in all aspects of the development process
- Actively participate in architecture discussions
- Develop new features and make modifications to existing features
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Continually look for ways to improve our code base and evaluate new technologies
Who You Are
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative nature
Experience You Bring
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in ASP.NET, MVC and Web API
- Strong C# development skills and knowledge of .NET
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and client-side technologies
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Experience writing unit tests using NUnit, MSTest, or similar testing framework
- Experience with Agile development processes and knowledge of SDLC processes
Not Required, But Nice to Have
- Experience using dependency injection frameworks
- Experience with functional testing using Selenium
- Experience with React and Redux
