• Programming & Automation: Proficiency in scripting and coding to automate manual tasks (eliminate "toil") and build reliability tools. Strong skills in .NET, Python, Powershell or Bash are highly preferred.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Cloud: Experience provisioning and managing infrastructure using Terraform or Ansible, along with a solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will:

• Together with a team of engineers, you will enable and enhance the day-to-day operational workflows of critical applications and services in a 24x7x365 environment located in cloud and physical data centres.
• Continuously improve application observability to ensure the uptime and reliability of our applications and infrastructure;
• Utilize a wide variety of open source technologies to create fault-tolerant, scalable and secure high-performance services and pipelines on a global scale.

What you'll bring

• 3-5 years experience building scalable production environments;
• Experience with, or understanding of, source code control systems, versioning, branching and merging, configuration, build management, artefact repos, automated build tools, automated testing frameworks and automated deployment frameworks;

Role Overview
We are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing database systems, ensuring data integrity and availability, and supporting development and operations teams with reliable and secure data solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining performance, scalability, and resilience across all database environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Administer, monitor, and maintain production and development databases to ensure high performance and availability.
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data and minimize downtime.
• Optimize database performance through tuning, indexing, and query analysis.
• Manage user access and security controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Support application and infrastructure teams in designing and deploying new database solutions.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations while minimizing service disruption.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar data management role.
• Strong hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Solid understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, and replication techniques.
• Knowledge of backup/recovery tools, high availability configurations, and monitoring systems.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and reliability.

Nice to Haves

• Exposure to NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) or cloud-based databases (e.g., Azure SQL, Amazon RDS).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Database certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator) is a plus.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure, managing deployments, and ensuring performance, security, and reliability of our cloud-based environments. You’ll work closely with development and operations teams to build scalable, automated, and efficient cloud solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

We are looking for a Cloud Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and documenting cloud solutions that align with organizational standards and strategic goals. You’ll collaborate with development, DevOps, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate cloud architectures and solutions introduced within the organization.
• Design and architect cloud-based solutions in collaboration with development, DevOps, and security teams.
• Document and maintain cloud architecture information in LeanIX, including systems, interfaces, components, and data flows.
• Support application development teams in defining the architecture for in-house applications.
• Develop standards, analyze, and propose best practices for cloud deployment and operations.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies and NIS2 requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and cloud specialists.
• Select appropriate cloud services based on technical requirements and cost considerations.
• Work with business stakeholders to analyze needs and present technical solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate emerging cloud technologies and trends.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in cloud solution design and implementation (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Proven expertise in creating and documenting cloud architectures (HLD/LLD).
• Strong knowledge of cloud governance tools and standards (e.g., Azure Policies, IAM, networking).
• Experience with EA and IT documentation tools (e.g., LeanIX).
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker).
• Strong knowledge of cloud security principles (IAM, encryption, networking policies).
• Relevant Cloud Architect certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.).
• Understanding of FinOps and cost management in cloud environments.
