You’ll serve as a senior IC on a high-impact team responsible for core integration surfaces including Public APIs, Webhooks, Salesforce integrations (NPC, NPSP), and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tools like Workato and Zapier. You’ll lead architecture efforts, mentor engineers, and work closely with cross-functional partners to build robust, scalable integration solutions that connect GoFundMe to the broader ecosystem. This role is ideal for a seasoned technical leader who thrives on solving complex problems, setting architectural direction, and leading by example through hands-on contributions.

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will play an integral part in the overall success of our account team’s delivery and service to our clients, serving as the communications and coordinating hub between team members and the client. This role will report directly into the Client Experience team,, and will be supported by Power’s Project Management Office (PMO).
This role will be an exceptional client-facing project manager, skilled at managing and delivering digital marketing deliverables and solutions from inception to completion. They will become part of a high-performing team that gets client deliverables completed on time, on budget and with the highest standards of quality while working in a dynamic, fast-paced and forward thinking agency environment. Working closely with clients and account teams, this role will manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines and multi-disciplinary teams to meet our client’s strategic and tactical marketing objectives. As a key member of the account team, this role will be proactive, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be confident in your ability to meticulously organize and keep your deliverables moving forward on-time without compromising quality. They will keep all stakeholders up to date with progress and overcoming all of the inevitable challenges along the way.

As a Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the Healthcare division. You will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. Your role
As a Solutions Architect on our Professional Services team, you'll be the technical backbone of successful Dialpad deployments for our customers. Your expertise will focus on these projects, where you'll deliver an exceptional technical experience for Dialpad customers and address any challenges that may surface during the project lifecycle.
You're a customer-centric, technically brilliant individual with a deep understanding of networking, telephony networks, and integrations using REST APIs. You thrive on the technical challenges that come with onboarding new clients and love being a valued team player. The Time & Attendance Specialist will play an essential role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of Time & Attendance activities for Remote's external employees and clients. This individual contributor position places a strong emphasis on legal compliance and delivering an exceptional employee experience while maintaining efficient processes.
