About You

You have experience in both public and private accounting and you can comfortably work collaboratively in teams and independently. You are a self-motivated individual who has a thirst to develop new processes while improving existing ones. As an accountant at AppDirect you are someone who is able to roll up their sleeves for a hands-on experience with an elite team to develop and build a first-class accounting function. What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

• Assist in monthly close process and ensure compliance with monthly close calendar. Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

• Prepare accruals, and perform prepaid analysis

• Perform bank reconciliations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial reporting to provide financial insights and guidance to other teams to help inform decision-making.

• Assist in the preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements.

• Assist with external financial audits and other due diligence requests.

• Support accounting team’s commitment to timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions in accordance with US GAAP and the Company’s internal controls. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies and help strengthen the internal control environment.

• Perform other special projects and analyses as directed by management.

• Support the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems and tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Direct experience supporting accounting function of US/Europe based international company whether in public accounting or with an international company (1+ years total) strongly desired.

• Experience establishing and optimizing reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, listening and presentational skills and ability to work well under pressure and interact at all levels are also required.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with limited supervision.

• NetSuite ERP system experience a plus. Advanced knowledge of Excel

About You

AppDirect is looking for a talented and reliable Junior Brand Designer to support the day-to-day design needs of two business units within the AppDirect brand. You will infuse your creative spirit into our growing in-house team, under the direction of senior design leadership, on a wide range of design assignments. This position covers the gamut: concept through production supporting marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, events, sales enablement, and web design. Assignments can be complex, requiring initiative, attention to detail and a great imagination - all while balancing schedules and the tactical day to day assignments. What we’re looking for

• ​​Bachelor’s degree in a creative field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 3+ years design experience in an in-house team or agency

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic, range of projects, and unique viewpoint towards design thinking

• A strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, iconography and digital image preparation) and production processes 

• Work well within a highly collaborative creative team that often includes multiple project stakeholders (marketing, operations, sales, culture, leadership, etc.)

• Great English verbal and written communication skills; you are refining your ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently and pitch designs to all levels of the organization

About the Portfolio Marketing Team

• Define success and measure impact: own KPIs for advisor adoption, quote velocity, conversion, average deal size, time-to-quote, and operational cost reductions; convert insights into prioritized roadmaps and experiments.
• Communicate and evangelize: produce sales enablement materials, product documentation, and training content; represent the product internally and externally, and serve as the voice of the customer across the company.
• Execute with engineering and design: write clear business requirements, partner with UX and engineering to build scalable, secure, and reliable solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of product management experience in reseller/partner management, CPQ, quoting platforms, or related SaaS commerce products.
• Demonstrated experience owning or shipping advisor/reseller selling experiences or CPQ workflows at scale and measurable success driving adoption.
• Strong track record of partnering with sales, sales ops, channel teams, and external advisors to pilot features and drive adoption.
• Experience designing and operating quantitative and qualitative feedback loops (instrumentation, analytics, experiments, advisor interviews, voice-of-customer programs).
• Deep understanding of multi-tenant SaaS at scale, with a focus on usability, performance, reliability and security.

About you

• Has 4-6+ years of experience in technical program management (or similar), leading complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
• Experience working with developer experience or productivity measurement tools (e.g., DX, Pluralsight Flow, LinearB, or similar) — including survey design, metrics interpretation, and driving adoption among engineering leaders.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Shipping Operations team and support IPSY’s monthly subscription execution and logistics functions. On your first month in Fever:

Your role
As a Product, Privacy, and Regulatory Counsel, you'll own the legal strategy where product innovation, data privacy, and regulatory compliance intersect. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Telephony, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to embed legal judgment directly into how Dialpad's AI-powered products are designed, launched, and scaled globally. • Designing and coordinating the operational plan for events, ensuring all requirements are covered (access control, staff allocation, cashless systems, kiosks, etc.).
