At EBANX’s Accounting team, you don’t just record transactions — you ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial information that supports strategic decision-making.
As a Senior Accounting Specialist, you will act as a key reference within the team, owning complex accounting topics, supporting audits, and driving improvements in processes and controls.
This is a high-impact role that combines technical expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Operations, ensuring alignment between accounting practices and business strategy.
Lead complex accounting activities, including critical reconciliations, estimates, and technical analyses
Own month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring quality and timeliness
Review and validate work performed by other team members (when applicable)
Act as a key point of contact for accounting topics across regions and entities
Prepare and analyze financial statements with a focus on accuracy and insights
Support and lead audit processes, interacting directly with auditors
Identify risks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
Drive automation, efficiency, and standardization initiatives
Ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulations
Partner with Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Operations teams
Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5–8+ years of experience in accounting roles
Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS required)
Experience in multinational environments
Solid audit exposure and experience with complex topics
Advanced Excel skills and ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of ownership and accountability
Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders
Strong communication skills
Experience with process automation and continuous improvement
Exposure to multi-entity and multi-country accounting (LATAM is a plus)

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will play an integral part in the overall success of our account team’s delivery and service to our clients, serving as the communications and coordinating hub between team members and the client. This role will report directly into the Client Experience team,, and will be supported by Power’s Project Management Office (PMO).
This role will be an exceptional client-facing project manager, skilled at managing and delivering digital marketing deliverables and solutions from inception to completion. They will become part of a high-performing team that gets client deliverables completed on time, on budget and with the highest standards of quality while working in a dynamic, fast-paced and forward thinking agency environment. Working closely with clients and account teams, this role will manage multiple concurrent accounts, service lines and multi-disciplinary teams to meet our client’s strategic and tactical marketing objectives. As a key member of the account team, this role will be proactive, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be confident in your ability to meticulously organize and keep your deliverables moving forward on-time without compromising quality. They will keep all stakeholders up to date with progress and overcoming all of the inevitable challenges along the way.

About You
AppDirect is looking for a talented and reliable Junior Brand Designer to support the day-to-day design needs of two business units within the AppDirect brand. You will infuse your creative spirit into our growing in-house team, under the direction of senior design leadership, on a wide range of design assignments. This position covers the gamut: concept through production supporting marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, events, sales enablement, and web design. Assignments can be complex, requiring initiative, attention to detail and a great imagination - all while balancing schedules and the tactical day to day assignments. This role will be focused on helping to prevent and protect Fever from security threats, vulnerabilities, and weaknesses that can potentially lead to security incidents by attacking Fever’s services, applications, and infrastructure with the goal of discovering security issues.
You will be part of the Cybersecurity team covering the Offensive Security activities in our cloud and onsite environments, having the opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader by testing cutting-edge technologies around applications, infrastructure, and hardware devices. Simplistic is looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGER to support our Flash Team to develop strategic relationships with clients and partners, managing their respective initiatives from beginning to end. The Flash Team is responsible for the development and management of eCommerce sites used for national TV promotion.
This is a 40hrs/week contractual position. Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, GEM, and innovative AI support.
Champion candidate experience and ensure a best-in-class interview process, from intake to close.
Lead interviewer calibration, debriefs, and structured decision-making to support inclusive and high-quality hires.
Drive employer branding efforts—helping us stand out to top talent.
Lead offer management and negotiation with empathy, transparency, and speed.
Bring a data-driven mindset to track progress and optimize hiring performance.
5+ years of in-house, full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in product-led, high-growth environments.
Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders—offering both strategic counsel and operational support.
Skilled in sourcing, pipeline management, and ATS tools (we use Greenhouse).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Resourceful, organized, proactive, and a strong problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Familiarity with talent marketing and employer branding tactics.
