OVERVIEW
The Visual Manager is a critical member of the store leadership team accountable for bringing Alo’s visual and product strategy to life in the store. This individual is passionate about planning, product knowledge, analyzing reporting and visual execution – all with a lens on driving efficient and effective visual merchandising. The Visual Manager role is a full-time role with a 40-hour workweek (5 days) consisting of 75% of those hours managing the retail floor and coaching and developing the team. To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to be available for opening, closing and weekend shifts, which may be subject to change.

Together, we shape Picnic’s private label brand that plays a vital role in our assortment. The deliverables include diverse artwork amends and all types of visuals to support the team evaluating and developing the Picnic private label brand.
