Client Associate Manager

The Role

The Client Associate Manager is an important role, ensuring operational excellence and responsible for driving day-to-day work that delivers effective campaigns.

You’ll work on a range of local and national clients, having the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships and campaigns with support from our wider team of specialists.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients at an intermediate level.
• Take the lead in planning best in class, effective campaigns.
• Proactively recommend tactics and opportunities that resolve client challenges and objectives.
• Support the wider team to oversee the implementation of campaigns.
• Lead the development and presentation of insightful and progressive post analysis reports.
• Lean into our suite of AI driven tools, reducing manual processes and driving more effective outcomes for our clients.

What Makes You Great

• You’ll ideally have 2-3 years in an agency or media sales role.
• You feel empowered to bring your authentic self to work, and contribute to great teamwork, knowing your individual ideas and thoughts will be welcome.
• Keen interest in our industry and excited to work with market leading partners & technologies.
• Inquisitive and demonstrates desire to understand and know more.
• Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring that the most important and urgent ones are identified and addressed first.
• Results driven with the ability to identify and clearly articulate what’s working and why.
• Problem solving mentality.
• Attention to detail.
• Clear communicator.
