Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Voyager Functional Consultant to join our team and support our real estate clients in multiple geographies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yardi Voyager functional modules, real estate business processes, and client-facing consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide functional expertise in the following Yardi Voyager 7s modules:

    - Leasing (Commercial & Residential)

    - Procure to Pay

    - Finance

    - Periodic / Revised / Turnover Billing and Revenue

    - Facilities Manager

    - Collection Manager

    - Deal Manager

    - Fixed Assets

    - Unit Sales

- Lead and participate in Yardi Voyager implementation projects, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Consult clients on best practices for Yardi Voyager implementation and operations.

- Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications and documentation.

- Document client-specific processes, business solutions, workflows, and configurations.

- Coordinate with Yardi support (Client Central) to resolve open issues and service requests.

- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions to client teams.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Work onsite at client locations across the Middle East (as required).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Yardi Voyager.

- Proven hands-on knowledge of Yardi Voyager's core functional modules.

- Experience in Yardi Elevate modules will be an advantage

- Prior implementation experience in Yardi Voyager modules is highly preferred.

- Strong exposure to the Real Estate domain.

- Excellent documentation, presentation, and business analysis skills.

- Strong understanding of real estate financials, leasing, property management, and asset management workflows.

- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

- Possess a valid passport and willingness to travel within the Middle East region.
