About the role

Our European Distribution Team located in Hamburg is looking for a*n working student

logitics and demand coordination for a period of one year with up to 20 h per week to

support daily logistics and export customer service activities.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain logistics data using Excel and SAP to support operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.

  • Coordinate closely with European Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PLs) to monitor operational performance and resolve open topics, including Goods Issue (GI), Goods Receipt (GR) bookings, and inbound logistics issues.

  • Support export operations in order entry and alignment with planning department to ensure ontime shipping

  • Create and analyze open order reports for export markets, collaborating with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners to ensure optimal product availability and customer service levels.

  • Act as a key interface between warehouses, logistics partners, and customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

Who You Are

  • Enrolled student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field at a German university or university of applied sciences, ideally with first practical experience gained through internships, working student positions, or an apprenticeship.

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset with a proactive and reliable way of working.

  • Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills such as German or Spanish are considered a plus.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic SAP skills (MM, SD) are advantageous.
