As a Workday PATT Payroll Senior Associate - Consult, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Workday Human Capital to address complex business challenges and enhance client satisfaction. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team within the Application Evolution Services - Workday sector. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, using your problem-solving abilities to anticipate needs and provide innovative solutions. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining professional and technical standards, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Managing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) projects to support client transformation initiatives
- Collaborating with clients to understand their human resources needs and provide tailored solutions
- Implementing strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Leading change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions during HR transformations
- Utilizing Workday Recruiting and Talent Management tools to support talent acquisition and development strategies
- Conducting business analysis to inform decision-making and drive project success
- Overseeing project budgeting and resource allocation to maintain alignment with client objectives
- Engaging in benefits administration and employee engagement strategies to improve workforce satisfaction
- Supporting employee relations investigations and developing HR policies to foster a positive work environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting
- Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
- Managing benefits administration and strategic human resource planning
- Engaging in human resources project management and transformation
