As a Workday Integration – Senior Associate - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will leverage your skills in Workday Technology to support client engagements, focusing on application evolution services. This role is client-facing, allowing you to build meaningful connections and anticipate client needs, while navigating complex business scenarios.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and maintaining professional standards. Your role involves analyzing complex concepts and interpreting feedback to inform insights and recommendations. You will embrace increased ambiguity, using these moments as opportunities to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team within our Workday practice, contributing to the firm's business strategies and client solutions. You will have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while using a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems.

Responsibilities

- Managing Workday integration projects to support client needs and business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Workday Studio and Workday Prism Analytics to enhance data reporting and analytics capabilities
- Implementing process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in Workday applications
- Collaborating with teams to design automation solutions within Workday Extend for streamlined operations
- Conducting strategic technology planning to align Workday solutions with evolving business requirements
- Analyzing complex data sets to inform insights and recommendations for Workday HCM improvements
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in Workday projects to drive continuous improvement
- Providing client support and guidance in leveraging Workday technology for business application consulting

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting
- Utilizing strategic technology planning for business transformation projects
- Excelling in process improvement and optimization within Workday environments
