Warehouse Support Requirements

To be proficient an employee must:

·         Know all safety programs, procedures and expectations: PPE, MSDS, GMP, guarding, powered equipment, safety auditing, location of safety equipment, etc.

·         Display basic computer skills:  Windows, E-mail, SAP, time entry, etc.

·         Know process, procedure and basic equipment operation for: Packaging equipment, warehousing, shipping etc.

·         Know basic SMP’s for area specific processes and equipment.

·         Be fully capable of safely doing all field related activities.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to safely perform the following tasks:

·         Lifting of up to 55 pounds without mechanical assistance.

·         Use of hand tools above shoulders, under ergonomically stressful conditions, and under application of heavy force by employee.

·         Must be able to work in hot and cold temperatures, climb stairs, climb ladders, and perform other physical duties.

·         Ability to work a rotating shift schedule in a 365/24/7 operation with the flexibility to work alternate schedules as needed.
