We're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our warehouse team in Arndell Park. This is a hands-on, all-round warehouse role where you'll play an important part in ensuring customer orders are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.


You'll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to operational excellence while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service. The role supports the day-to-day operation of the warehouse across inbound, outbound and inventory activities.


What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, unloading and putting away incoming stock.
  • Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles safely while minimising product damage.
  • Maintaining warehouse organisation, stock locations and storage areas.
  • Processing stock transfers, returns and inventory movements.
  • Assisting with cycle counts and stocktakes.
  • Completing warehouse documentation and system transactions accurately.
  • Reporting inventory discrepancies, equipment issues and safety concerns.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy and safety.
  • Supporting the broader warehouse team and assisting with other reasonable duties as required.

About you

You are a dependable team player who enjoys physical work and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. You have a strong focus on safety, accuracy and customer service and are willing to learn and develop new skills.


Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience.
  • Experience with picking, packing, receipting and dispatch activities.
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and confidence working with warehouse systems.
  • The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

What's required

  • Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
  • Current driver's licence desirable.
  • Physical capability to safely perform manual handling tasks within a warehouse environment.
