What you will do:
• 입·출고, 피킹·패킹, 배차, 문서 작성, 재고 실사등 전반적인 창고 현장 운영 관리.
• Oracle 시스템을 활용하여 자재 및 완제품 재고 수준과 물동량을 모니터링/분석, 창고 운영 현황을 체계적으로 관리.
• 운영 중 발생하는 이슈에 대한 신속한 대응 및 프로세스 개선 활동을 통해 물류 운영의 효율성 및 정확성 향상.
• 일상적인 창고 운영 과정에서 SOP, 안전 규정 및 품질 기준을 준수.
Who you are:
• 정규 고등학교 기졸업자
• 창고/물류 환경에서 3년 이상 실무 경험과 지게차 운전 면허를 보유한 분
• 꼼꼼하고 정확한 업무 수행이 가능하며, 빠른 환경에서도 안정적으로 일하고 원활한 협업이 가능한 분
• 창고 및 제조 환경에서 근무 가능하며, 서서 근무·이동 등 신체 활동과 약 15kg 내외 제품 운반이 가능한 분
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Language/Environment Requirements:
• 병역 필 또는 면제자로 해외여행에 결격 사유가 없으며, 필요 시 국내·해외 출장 가능한 분.
• 외국인의 경우 대한민국 출입국관리법에 따른 유효한 취업 허가를 보유한 분.
• 취업보호대상자(보훈/장애인)는 관계 법령에 따라 우대.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• ERP(SAP, Oracle 등) 기반 재고 관리 및 전산 시스템 활용 경험.
• 물류센터 또는 제조/유통 창고 현장 근무 경험.
