Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Coatbridge
Hours Per week: 30
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 10am-3pm & Sunday 9am -2pm
Summary of Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Coatbridge. This Sunday-only position is ideal for someone seeking part-time work and offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.96. You will support the smooth running of warehouse operations by ensuring stock is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
Picking and packing customer orders accurately
Sorting and organising stock within the warehouse
Carrying out stock checks and inventory tasks as required
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Following all health and safety procedures
Assisting with the movement of goods throughout the warehouse
Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet operational targets.

Skills and Knowledge
Previous warehouse experience is advantageous
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Good communication skills
Understanding of basic health and safety practices
Desirable
Experience using warehouse equipment
Previous experience in picking and packing operations
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Basic stock control knowledge
Flexibility to provide additional cover if required
Experience working to productivity targets
Manual handling experience
Familiarity with warehouse management systems
