About this Video & Streaming Coordinator role at Mannahouse Church
The Video and Streaming Coordinator provides technical and creative leadership for video production, livestreaming, and screen presentation, helping create engaging and distraction-free worship experiences for both in-person and online audiences. This role coordinates the operation of cameras, video switching, directing, livestreaming, and screen presentation for Sunday services at the Portland Campus. It also supports video production and maintains technical systems for Portland Bible College classes, events, and ministry activities.
Throughout the week, this role edits and publishes weekly messages, develops digital video content, prepares service assets, and supports lighting programming to enhance the worship experience. The Video & Streaming Coordinator also maintains the care, organization, reliability, and operational readiness of video and streaming equipment throughout the Portland Campus, including Portland Bible College spaces.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, technically proficient, and able to lead volunteers with calm confidence. This person carries the heart of Mannahouse, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and works collaboratively with ministry and support teams.
- Hours: Part-Time, 20hrs/week

- Reports directly to the Technical Arts Manager
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in live video production, broadcasting, content creation, or technical ministry
- Working knowledge of live camera systems, video switchers, livestreaming platforms, and video signal workflows
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
- Experience editing and publishing content for YouTube and social media platforms
- Working knowledge of ProPresentor or similar presentation software
- Basic knowledge of lighting programming and professional lighting consoles; GrandMA experience preferred
- Proficiency in Planning Center and Google Workspace preferred
- Ability to lead, train, and develop volunteer production teams
- Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work calmly and make good decisions under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be available to work Sunday through Thursday and support special events as needed
- Participation in church life and modeling of the We Are Mannahouse culture
- Must be a member in good standing of Mannahouse, including consistent attendance, ministry participation, and tithing
Responsibilities
- Coordinates the operation of cameras, video switching, directing, livestreaming, and screen presentation to deliver high-quality live video production for weekend services and ministry events
- Leads live video production to create a consistent and engaging experience for both in-person and online audiences
- Confirms that video, livestream, screen, and related production systems are prepared, tested, and service-ready before services and events
- Programs lighting to complement screen content and enhance the worship environment
- Supports video production for special services, conferences, classes, and internal events as scheduled
- Recruits, trains, schedules, coaches, and develops volunteers serving in camera, video switching, livestreaming, and screen presentation roles
- Provides ongoing technical instruction, feedback, and encouragement to help volunteers grow in skill, confidence, and ownership
- Builds a healthy production team culture marked by preparation, collaboration, humility, and excellence
- Edits and publishes weekly messages to the Mannahouse YouTube channel
- Creates short-form video content from weekly messages and other ministry content for social media
- Produces and edits video projects for ministries, announcements, testimonies, and church communications as needed
- Prepares and distributes weekly service assets to production computers and other systems as needed
- Maintains, organizes, and troubleshoots video equipment throughout the Portland Campus, including Portland Bible College spaces
- Maintains clear and consistent workflows for video files, project files, service assets, exports, and archived content
- Identifies equipment needs and communicates maintenance, repair, and replacement recommendations to the Technical Arts Manager
- Promotes responsible use, care, storage, and reliability of video and streaming equipment
- Works closely with the Technical Arts Manager, Communications team, Worship team, Portland Bible College, and other ministries to plan and execute content and production needs
- Takes ownership of assigned areas and acts decisively within the role’s defined scope while remaining aligned with Mannahouse’s mission, vision, leadership, and ministry direction
- Carries the heart of Mannahouse by building culture, bringing creative ideas forward with transparency and humility, and helping others grow in their gifts
