While DCO initiatives represent the primary focus of the role, the Video Producer will also lead other template-driven and scalable video productions as business needs evolve. - Coordinate modular video production workflows that enable scalable creative versioning across audiences, markets, platforms, and campaign objectives.
- Oversee internal and external production vendors, editors, motion graphics artists, and post-production partners throughout the production lifecycle.
- Ensure creative assets meet brand, technical, platform, and delivery requirements while maintaining consistency across all deliverables.
- Track production progress, communicate project status, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues throughout production.
- Develop and maintain production documentation, workflow standards, and best practices that support scalable video production and DCO initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient asset management, version control, quality assurance, and final delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve production workflows and operational efficiencies through process improvements, automation, and scalable production practices.
- Support additional video productions and creative initiatives across the Global Creative Organization as business priorities require.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing external production vendors, agencies, editors, motion designers, and post-production partners.
