We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer with 2–6 years of professional experience, preferably in the healthcare, dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetic, or skin clinic industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, branding, and digital content creation, with the ability to produce engaging videos and compelling graphic designs that enhance patient education, brand awareness, and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of treatments, procedures, patient testimonials, doctor interactions, and clinic events.
• Edit promotional videos, educational content, social media reels, YouTube videos, advertisements, and brand campaigns.
• Design visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, brochures, banners, presentations, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Create engaging content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, doctors, and clinic teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into creative assets.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video quality and audience engagement.
• Ensure all creative materials maintain consistent branding, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, video editing techniques, healthcare marketing practices, and social media content strategies.
• Organize and maintain digital media assets, raw footage, project files, and creative resources for future use.

Required Skills

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Video Editing with the ability to create engaging short-form and long-form content.
• Excellent Graphic Designing skills with a creative portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Hands-on experience as a Videographer, including camera handling, lighting setup, framing, and audio recording.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
• Experience creating social media content optimized for engagement and performance.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to edit content efficiently while maintaining high production quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in video production and graphic design.
• Prior experience working with healthcare organizations, dermatology clinics, cosmetic clinics, aesthetic centers, hospitals, or wellness brands is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
• Familiarity with social media trends, content planning, and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience in photography, drone videography, or motion graphics will be an added advantage.
