Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, a typical day involves taking design concepts and transforming them into tangible prototype solutions that enhance the overall user experience. This role requires balancing the creative aspects of design with practical considerations of technical feasibility. The workday is often filled with iterative development of prototypes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the solutions align with both user needs and project goals. Continuous refinement and adaptation of prototypes are key to delivering an optimized and seamless user interaction with software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure prototype solutions meet user experience goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve prototype designs based on user feedback and technical constraints.
- Document and communicate design decisions and prototype functionalities clearly to the team.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with prototype development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Strong skills in wireframing and interactive prototyping tools.
- Experience with user-centered design principles and usability testing.
- Ability to translate complex design requirements into functional prototypes.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies to understand technical feasibility.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
